Excellent little safe BUT...Be very sure to verify that the safe does not open with any fingers other than the one you programmed. I got it wrong the first time and if you get it wrong any finger will open it.Seems to be quite secure and works pretty well. I initially thought it was unsecure because it would open with any finger I tried, but that turned out to be an ID-10-T (idiot) operator error. I did not follow the directions properly programming it. It often takes two touches of my thumb to open it unless I get my thumb on there perfectly the first time, but it is very quick regardless.

I bought this knowing some people had issues so was ready to return it, this is the exact size of the small safe HFT sell, I have an old one of those its a lot heavier and sturdier than this new one but the keypad part is having issues. I wanted a quick fingerprint touch one and this has it, programmed fine think I had to do it twice before I realized it needs you to scan your finger about five times, the instructions (basically a small sheet of info) is practically useless. but it scanned the fingers okay and works fine.The only really annoying thing is the loud beep it makes when activated, if you wanted to use this quietly at night it just wouldn't work. I won't advertise to do this but I just removed the beep sounder part from the circuit board but you could just tape over it to make it muffled. Now its perfect.If someone wants to get into this they will as per usual its the delay tactic to cause them issues from taking whats yours and also to keep prying little fingers away from things.

However, I’m sick of junk products passing and receiving profit because of lack of reviews so, here is the start:The safe came in good shape. No damage. However, the key is inside and the safe is locked. The finger print sensor does not work. I would not buy again and I will be returning it.

Had some issues at first figuring out how to do the finger print. Once it’s set the safe works great.

Product is as advertised. Easy to set up and use the fingerprint option. There is also an option to use keys, but they also cover that up so someone wouldn’t know it’s a key hole just from looking at it. I like the options of having both. And you can add multiple fingerprints if there are other people you’d want to have access to the safe.

I bought this little lock box for my elderly parents, who have a new housekeeper. I wanted them to have a safe convenient place to store their valuables with fingerprint technology so they didn’t have to remember where they hid a key or remember a combination.This is a good sturdy unit, however, the key is difficult to get into the lock, and the knob one uses to lock and unlock the safe is small and difficult to operate. It feels cheaply made.Everything works though, and it is a suitable product for my parents. I do believe they could improve the product and keep the price point where it is now though.
