Using a 1:1 ratio, mix Hairpearl Tint with Hairpearl Cream Developer until the consistency of a creamy paste. Shake the developer well before mixing, the consistency should not be too runny or too thick. Allow color to process. It's typically 3-5 minutes for brows and 10 minutes for lashes. The longer the tint processes, the more intense or darker the resulting color will be. Use a dry cotton pad to remove tint from the hair.
