Will this item fit over the Tahoe x3 cook stove?

I use it on my Denali Pro 3x. It works great. The SG100 is 16" by 38" so measure your grill and see if it will fit.

Is this steel better than the cast iron griddle? opinions please

It is better, in my opinion. As was said before, it is less likely to break, and it fits several Camp Chef stoves, perfectly. I use it over two of the burners on my Big Gas 3 stove, and it works great.
