Hyperice Venom 2 Back Heated Vibration Massage Therapy Wrap Pain Relief

Love this product! Have used heating pads in the past but this blows them away. Gets hot, fast and also has vibration which many of those pads do not have. This product has improved my quality of life as it really helps with low back pain/tightness that I experience every morning. I just pop it on for 15 mins and my muscles warm up and I'm ready to go. Best thing about this is how I can use it anywhere, anytime. I can use it while sitting at my desk working, or while I go for a walk. Can't say that about any plug in heating pads! It has three heat settings which is nice because I can only tolerate the heat up to the second setting. So it's super powerful and great for people who can handle more heat than I can. Also enjoy the vibration, which is very strong. I prefer the first vibration setting, which is continuous. The other two are more intermittent which doesn't suit me. Would say the only downside is the battery life that lasts about 2 hours or so. I can't really complain about it though because it's battery powered and thus can be used anywhere, any time. Also I'm sure the heating element requires an enormous amount of power so totally understandable. Overall I highly recommend this product and would easily consider buying products from this company in the future.

This is the best heating pad on the market. I have horrible, virtually uncontrollable back pain. The only thing that gives me any real sense of relief is extreme heat. Warning: this heating pad does get so hot that it can burn you. I own 4 of the Venom 2 Back heating pads, and use them on rotation when I’m in horrible pain. Prolonged use (as in using them 24/7 for 2+ weeks on bare skin) did give me Toasted Skin Syndrome (erythema ab igne,) but I have zero regrets. The portability of this heating pad is a game changer. No exaggeration, I would not survive my horrible pain flairs without this product. If you have severe back pain and receive relief from heat, this is absolutely the product you want. This product saved (and continues to save) my life. Hyperice for life 🤞🏻One downside: the battery life does not last nearly as long as one would need it to. The battery life, in reality, only lasts about an hour. It also takes a very long time to charge (2+ hours.) That’s why I have 4 lol. So I never have to be without one while the others charge. Still, I could not recommend this heating pad more. You won’t regret this purchase.

I have a lower back injury that cause pain daily. The belt is an excellent source of heat. 3 levels but level 3 is extremely hot for me, so I use level 1 and 2 twice a day for 30 minutes session. It relieves my pain drastically. Also the various vibrations help loosen up nerves to reduce pain.

Overall very pleased. Heats very fast. I typically use the first or second setting which is usually enough. Figure under 20 seconds it’s heated up. 3 distinct vibration settings, one constant, the other two intermittent pulsating. Fit wise it’s comfortable. The controller can be a bit bulky if you wear it under a shirt but generally not in the way of movement. I generally run 1-2 cycles, which are 15-minute intervals apiece. You can get 1-2 more intervals out of a single charge but beware if you’re running high heat and constant vibration the battery life will be impeded as it is wireless after all. However for the 30 minute sessions at low to medium heat and one constant vibration and one pulsating this works like a charm and charges full in about 30 minutes. From completely dead battery it’ll take several hours to fully charge. I’ve used it typical twice a day, so hour total every day going on a few months with zero issues. Dont really see a point for the Bluetooth/app so have not downloaded it. There’s 3 heat/3 vibration settings, not exactly complex stuff here to need an app to control it. Definitely recommend it as part of a recovery program, this has helped quite a bit in combination with other steps to mitigate back pain. Update April 2026**: been using regularly since purchase however device has started to shut off on its own after a few minutes when I try and run heat + vibration. Quite annoyed that the warranty is one year and I’m sitting at 18 months. Waiting to hear from HyperIce on whether there’s anything that can be done. I’ve reduced to 4 stars as a result cause 18 months for a $270 back massaging and heat belt is steep to not even get two years of use.

Pretty decent item. I'm glad I bought it, as its gotten me through some back pain when i needed it, but the battery life is just way too short to recommend. The massage function was amazing the first 2 times I used it, but never really seems to deliver after those uses. It works, buuuut not real well. 6 hour charge for 1.5 hours of heat (on level 2 only) just doesn't make the price tag worth it. But it DOES make me hopeful that they'll be able to make a better model in the future. I know battery life has got to be a tough consideration for their engineers when designing, but as a customer its the my biggest con for this item. The Bluetooth connection is nice but not really necessary. The app seems more like a sales platform than anything. The fact that its completely portable and TSA friendly is really nice for when you hop off a long flight.

Edito: La fuente de alimentación venía estropeada. No se como valorarlo. El empaquetado es perfecto, buena calidad de caja, de impresión, diseño... El producto se ve muy bueno, un neopreno muy gordo, buen velcro, bien diseñado, tiene Bluetooth para controlar con el movil... El modo vibración no es superpotente pero es correcto, el modo calor es una pasada, calienta rapidísimo. En el nivel 3 te quemas, en el 2 calienta mucho, el 1 ya está bien. El problema que he tenido es que la unidad que he recibido no carga. Pongo cargador y no se enciende ninguna luz. Lo he dejado horas y compruebo en la app que está sin batería. Me ha tocado una unidad defectuosa.
