Works Great!
It moves so well. No noises that are different. It fits nice and snug. Power is impeccable. The alignment made it easy to install. I would highly recommend for the price. OEM was about $200 but this one is worth the money. I have been using it for a solid month and it has broken or has wore out so definitely worth the price.

Works
Works correctly so far. Had to pull the motor plug twice to get it to reset correctly on my 350z. Before, it wouldn’t go up all the way. Photo is of my original. It looked almost the same.

Excellent quality. Now it’s as good as new.
The window works as good now as the day I took delivery when this car was brand new. You have to be patient to get this done correctly. Also I think starting with the window all the way up would be a great idea. The window works flawlessly. I didn’t have to hit the reset button. I just rolled the window up and down a few times and it set itself perfectly. The window dips down when you open the door and it snugs up when you close it. Just like new. Great value for the money.

Window is working again! Update - 12/21
My 03' Z driver's window was acting up. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. I would have to bang on the door or maybe push the windows down a bit to get the motor started. It sounded like the switch and relay was working, I heard a click when pushed so I felt the odds were that it wasn't that. Sometimes it made an attempt to move when pressed so I figured the odds were the motor just gave up. After youtubing it, I saw the fear of misaligning the window tracks was nothing to worry about if you prepared properly for it. So the tip is, take a sharpie and mark the threads on the golden screws (not bolt tops but the ones where it seems the bolts are from inside the door). This way you know how many threads there were showing from the factory before unscrewing. Also, mark on the door panel, where the flathead grub was point as well because they can move independently for track adjustment. That's where this would misalign your window! So if you have all that marked.....you are good as long as you pay attention and give it some TLC as you are loosening and tightening those screws and bolts. When all is unplugged - Start with the outer (inner panel) screws 10mm and motor screws are 12 mm. Otherwise, the process was pretty straight forward with some arm bending to reach behind the panel to hook/unhook stuff. Even though people mentioned no need for the reset procedure, I did it anyways to make sure. You can close the door or just use duct tape to tape the door open trigger switch on the chassis (rubber boot by the tire pressure label). Then turn key to on position. Push the reset button on new motor while manual lowering the window (not auto down) and release button when all the way down. Raise the window, again without auto up....and it should stop at the top. Now when you untape the door ajar switch, the window should drop a tiny bit as from factory. I will update on longevity so I left that out the rating but otherwise, I don't have to open the door to key card the parking or anything else like a smuck! Yay! And at a fraction of the cost vs the stealership. Most definitely get the motor WITH the reset button. If you depend on it "maybe" being preset to the correct height then you might bust thru the triangular rubber seal if it goes too far up. Play it safe with a reset/calibration button motor. UPDATE: 10/5 still happy. Not sure if it's just that the passenger side motor is older but I did notice that this new motor is slightly faster. 12/7/2021 - still going strong in winter temperatures.

Should have bought two
My driver side went out and I bought this. Installation went smoothly, just make sure you follow the proper steps. It goes up and down smoothly and fast, and realize that my passenger side is slower. Will buy another one later

Usually always buy oem, but decided to try and very happy with my purchase. Works perfectly for my G35 coupe, so for all Nissan it will work, as long as correct part# for your car and make sure to do reset procedure. I’ll update if any changes, otherwise I’m very happy, thank you.

Worked perfectly, great price, no issues at all! Installed it on a 2004 Nissan 350z Convertible, struggled to find one specific to the verts but this worked a treat.
