The owner can manage who else may add photos to frame remotely so this allows different family members or friends to send photos to your frame - great feature in my opinion. Although the interface for loading and managing photos is a bit clunky, set-up is easy, the picture is sharp, and the frame is simple to use. Unfortunately, a week ago the device just went blank and then wouldn't come on at all. I sent a message through the Aura website to customer service and received a response within 10 minutes! Without any fuss at all, a few minutes later a new power adapter was on its way to me and the problem is resolved.
