My husband inherited his father's Rolex, which has to be worn or wound daily. He only wears it when we go out or on special occasions, so this does the job for him. Has a nice backlight, is very quiet, and is actually kind of fun to watch. Looks very nice on his dresser. Would definitely purchase this again.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He is always handing me his Rolex to set for him since he does not wear it all the time. Since it is motion sensor it will not keep time if left several days not worn. I found this lovely piece- not only does it work wonderfully - it looks beautiful!

So far I am not happy with this product. The ad notes it uses C batteries. I needed a new winder for my safe where I keep an expensive watch. Naturally, since it's going in a safe it needs to be battery powered. I feel anything battery powered will need to use at least C batteries to keep it running for a while. My last one took C batteries and only needed to be changed every six weeks. When I received this winder I found it uses AA batteries. So we will need to see how long they last and how often they need to be changed. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and may be returning this item.

Beautiful quality and works well

I'm not a big watch wearer, but my wife give me a very nice self winding watch for our 25th anniversary (what a sweety). I feel like its too nice to wear everyday as I'm a fabricator so sitting in my dresser for up to a week at a time I was always setting the time. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a watch winder. I done a search and sure enough. I really didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted something that looked nice and decided on this one. I read the reviews and was concerned about the noise some said and it quitting after a short time period but I haven't had any of those problems. No more resetting the time each week accept for the date once a month. This has worked great for me and looks very nice!

Perfect gift for my father in law.

I can't even hear this watch winder when it is running. It does go for a while then stop for a while so it isn't constantly turning the watch. I think it also reverses direction after each cycle but I'm not sure. The case is attractive wood vernier and has been working well for several months. Highly recommended.

Bought for Christmas gift. Lasted 4 months and the cord is shot.*My idiot neighbor didn’t have it turned on.

Quality finish but loud enough to be heard on the other corner of a large room. Have to use a timer to turn this thing off in the night. Motor sounds to have some friction while rotating. Will NOT buy again.
