Review: No Pain, Comfy! - This thing is a godsend! My husband got his first when he got his industrial so I got one for myself when it came time to get my double helix and it works great! Large enough that it doesn't feel awkward to lay on, soft enough to be comfy, firm and thick enough to not flatten your ear into the pillow and the hole is large enough even for our big ears. If you're planning on getting piercings on both sides it MIGHT be better to get the version of this pillow with 2 holes so you don't have to adjust as much, but hubby got a triple helix a few months after his industrial on the opposite ear and it still works wonderfully. He can lay on either ear without pain! I also love that they give you the foam piece to fill in the hole once you're done using it as a piercing pillow. I think these will be great to use on road trips

This thing is a godsend! My husband got his first when he got his industrial so I got one for myself when it came time to get my double helix and it works great! Large enough that it doesn't feel awkward to lay on, soft enough to be comfy, firm and thick enough to not flatten your ear into the pillow and the hole is large enough even for our big ears. If you're planning on getting piercings on both sides it MIGHT be better to get the version of this pillow with 2 holes so you don't have to adjust as much, but hubby got a triple helix a few months after his industrial on the opposite ear and it still works wonderfully. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for ear pains

This pillow is great. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do. I dont know what causes my ear pain but this helps a lot. It's soft enough that sometimes I can sleep on my ears without bothering them too much. I also have problems with my jaw and the pillow agitates it a bit, i assume because of the dip in the middle sinks in more than the rest. I have to adjust the pillow until I find a spot that supports the rest of my head properly. But I still like it and its become my main pillow. I might buy the bigger pillow too.
