I keep a full set of the 12 cell salts and #5 is my favorite for gut upsets. It says it’s mostly for nasal issues but it’s great for gut issues, too. The only thing I don’t like is the newly designed bottle. I prefer the older version but that’s a minor fault.

I take two for my stuffy nose. Taste pleasant. Works fast. Effectiveness: First time I tried this product. I tried other similar products.

No. 5 is great for burns! Put a few in a bit of water and dab with a cotton..... Then some under the tongue also. Works everytime I get a scald or oven burn!
