Still snoring, but not as loud
I'm 9 months pregnant and developed a very loud snore around months 6-7. We purchased these in hopes my boyfriend could get a better night's sleep. His review is, I'm still snoring but not so loudly that it wakes him up at night. I asked if I should continue to buy them and he said, "yes".

Not the same
I bought these once before a few months ago and then again a week ago. I had read reviews saying that they were better before but then they changed them. I tried them anyway. The first package was perfect. I forgot I was wearing it within minutes of putting it on. I felt that I slept better by being able to breath better. However, the second package I received I noticed a difference as soon as I opened one. The material felt different and the edge of the spring seemed to stick out more and poke my hand if I touched it. I thought oh well, should be fine but when I put it on I wasn't able to wear it 5 minutes and it was itching my nose. The first night I tried to sleep with it but would rub my nose to scratch the itch and the spring would poke my hand and wake me up. I took it off in the middle of the night. The second one I took off 5 minutes after I put it on because it itched so bad. Unfortunate that they changed them because they worked so well the first time. Just a thought, maybe there are counterfeit packages floating around?

Still snored, but breathed easier
I tried these strips to help alleviate my snoring. They didn't help. In fact, with the extra airflow through my nose, my wife pointed out I was snoring louder than even before. The rawness on my nose after removal was no picnic either. To be fair, I have very sensitive skin. I can remove a bandaid and still see red marks from the adhesive a few days later. Much like a bandaid, these strips left my nose skin feeling a little raw, even though I was soaking them with warm water before taking them off. On the plus side, the little flappy part that sticks up does make the strip easy to remove once the water gets to it. Kudos! Finally, airflow was definitely increased when I had the strip on. I might give them a try when running to see if that helps alleviate some of the "ermergerd I think I'm going to die" type feelings I have during my three mile runs.Bottom line - no help with snoring, did bother my sensitive skin a little bit, but did improve airflow.

Moderately useful - Almost great
Pros: It did open up passages. Breathing was a lot lot easier. the passages were opened up for more than just that night. everything felt more free for at least one entire day after that.It was super easy to put on and super easy to remove. It did not feel like the nose was being waxed.Of course, some blackheads came off with it, but I doubt my dad was trying to have the "blackhead look" so I would say, huge plus.Cons: It did not help much in reducing my dad's snoring. That could very well do with the fact that his snoring may have little to nothing to do with the nasal passages. All in all, though it didn't help with snoring, it did help my dad have more open nasal passages, have better breathing and feel well rested and also helped unintentionally with removing his blackheads. So YAY! for these nasal strips.P.S. The hold is strong - it work like a nose splint for my mom which she mildly bumped her nose and sort of dislocated a bit.

Beware if you have sensitive skin
These Extra Strength strips have a VERY strong adhesive. After my first use, my nose was slightly red where I had removed the strip. On my second use, the strip literally pulled some of the skin off of part of my nose. Perhaps using baby oil to remove the strips would have be better than the recommended warm water. I'll try that next time; but in the meanwhile, I have to wait for the small scabs on the side of my nose to heal. Also, in the future, I think I would prefer clear colored strips. These strong outward flex of these strips made them visible in my peripheral vision; and that was a bit annoying during daytime use.
