Great workout ideas
Really enjoying this group of cards. Nice that they are grouped by focused areas of the body and the QR codes give quick video instructions to ensure you do the exercises correctly. Enough variety that you get many different ideas to keep from doing the same thing over and over again.

only about 10 in the entire pack I would actually do
I have a bad back, I was thinking barbells in terms of the arms - but these have you doing gymnastics all over the floor or bending over forward (deadly for slipping discs in back and bad for back) so once I removed all those kinds I had about ten cards I'd actually do now on my wall. Wish I'd just googled it

Fantastic idea for beginners
Purchased these cards for my teen son as an introduction to weights and exercise at home. The cards and variety of exercises are good for a new starter, however the videos that are linked could be improved if there was some talking and technique tips.

Keeps it interesting
I got these cards because I was losing motivation to workout after giving up my gym membership during COVID. I had been using some dumbbells and a bench, but got stuck in a routine that became boring and ultimately I found myself working out less and less. These simple little cards helped to break up the monotony and have helped me get back to working out (nearly) every day. I mixed them up very well, so I always get a new mix of exercises to do. This has also meant that I’m actually getting a bit sore again (in that pleasant “I know I’ve done some work” way) because I’m working different muscles and in different ways. For such a simple and relatively inexpensive product, I highly recommend.
