We were able to find it on Amazon and when it arrived it was an easy install. Its very sturdy and can be removed just as easily when the time comes. Very happy with this purchase.

Solution for Short Legs
I didn't install it. My grandson is at the in between stage almost too big for the foot rest but too small for the trike pedals.

So happy they sell a footrest for the trike I bought recently! Easy to install and does the job. Still can't believe they built a trike without a footrest but I am super happy there's a fix to that problem.

Should not have bothered
I shouldn't have bothered to buy this. My son just turned a year old and his feet are hitting the pedals as they turn. I bought this thinking it would solve the issue. Unfortunately it attaches so close to the seat that it's too uncomfortable for him to tuck his feet. He ends up putting his feet above the footrest where the pedals hit his feet anyway.

Does what it should
Helps keep my little ones feet from dragging on the ground since he can’t reach the pedals yet. Does have an awkward layout as their feet sit on the top angled portion of the step, not on the lower flat portion where the feet should go. Was a little adjustment for my toddler but using the product out ways the fact he’d normally be dragging his feet.

Doesn’t work - for the trike or the kid
This is terrible. My kiddos feet were dragging on the ground so this felt like our only option despite the bad reviews. Nope. Everyone was right. It’s terrible. It took two grown men and a sander to get it on the trike, and then the kid that used to LOVE the trike HATES it with this on. Can’t get comfortable. I thought “oh babies always find a way to get comfortable” nope. Not helpful at all. A waste of money and got so beaten up putting it on I can’t even return it
