No problems folling complex curves
Excellent product for getting perfect curves on any material

It does what it needs to do.
Looks to be well built. I have only used it a couple of times, but it looks to be perfect for templating somewhat gentle curves.

perfect for sweeping curves, less so for tighter radii.
this template works as described for gentle curves as shown in the product description. i need it for making repair panels for rust repair on an old car. it's great along a fender but i had a bit of trouble to make it keep its shape along the transition from the side panel to the rear panel. the curvature was a bit too much for the stiffness of the strapping used. i will still get my money's worth of use out of it, regardless. i will just have to iterate on making cardstock patterns till i get the shape right on areas that are beyond the use of this tool.

Good quality; rugged spring steel template
This arrived promptly (we've had icy weather) and appears to be quite strong and well designed. I bought it for developing new templates for acoustic guitar bodies and I think it will work well for that.
