I work at a bakery, and have used millions of sheets of parchment, and this is hands down the best I have worked with. I will never buy from another company again. It is easy to use, easy to dispense, no issue with folding it (for storage if needed) and no problem with clean up. My cookies have never looked so good, everything is cooked evenly, come off the paper easily, and just perfect.

Nice quality. I like that they are in a sturdy box that slides right in with my baking sheets and serves as a dispenser. I have ordered multiple times and in multiple sizes.

These have worked great for me for cookies, chicken breasts, salmon fillets and anything else I've tried. I keep them handy in the drawer under the oven.

I love that this parchment paper is precut and fits my larger baking pans. It is worth the few pennies more and definitely will purchase again.

Took on vacation to use in pans for easy clean-up of baked items in sheet pans. These were the perfect size and worked well, except it took two sheets each time, as they were very thin. Can fold in half for a smaller sheet pan, though. If they overhang the pan, they will burn, too, not just char.
