I've been through three different dehydrators and this is the best one by far! The temperature readings are spot on which is necessary for food safety and is quieter than most dehydrators I've seen!

Wow. What a great dehydrator. I have purchased a bunch of additional silicone trays and screens for fruit leather and herbs, it really works great. I like the timer and how easy it is to set the temperature. It actually comes with a decent set of instructions too. Its pretty easy to clean and there are lots of racks. I would definitely buy it again.

Dehydrating with this machine is unbelievable simple... Outstanding, consistent performance. We've been using this for several months. Zero complaints. Once I got the hang of scheduling food rotation cycles, I rarely allowed this machine to turn off. Honestly, it's running 24 hours a day unless I've forgotten to purchase frozen veggies, taken time to process fresh fruits, or have cooked meat with the fat extracted and stored. The temperature range is excellent and stays accurate. It runs quiet as well. Yes, it has 24 hour timer, but in principle, drier is better than less dry, so when in doubt or if you're just busy, add more time. NEVER let dried food sit in cold, stagnant air... We'll buy another one of these and then more as we can fit them. Don't bother with the 5-shelf get the 10 so you can use the volume or alternative spacing when you need it. Once you know learn how easy it is to create food security, you'll wish you had started years ago. Take responsibility of your future, even if others won't acknowledge the state of things.
