Any oil from this brand is great except the patchouli it’s a little lacking

I have ordered from this company several times for essential oils. The size is larger and has a travel bottle. And this product has a good price . I would have gave them a five star . But with my last order the small travel bottle top was broken. A little disappointing but things happen.

Great frankincense oil! I use it in jojoba and castor oil every night. It smells wonderful and feels great on my skin.

This is a strange one. I am giving 3 stars for the product, but overall speed of service was great with Prime. I'll explain...I received my order of HiQili Frankicense Carterii today. I opened the package and broken dark amber glass spilled out. I assumed the bottle itself broke and nothing was left inside. To my surprise, the actual bottle was not broken, there was broken glass and a lot of glass shards at the bottom of the white box the bottle was in. Not sure how this could have happened, or where it originated from, other than someone may have found a broken bottle, replaced with another bottle but did not clean out the glass at the bottom of the box it came in? So odd... The oil itself appears ok, but had to clean up glass shards that spilled out from the white box. Strange experience, but the product appears to be ok, nothing I can see inside the bottle, but I'm a bit hesitant to even use it. I have no clue what happened, only assumption at this point. Shipping products in glass is always a risk. Just the bottom of the container box under the bottle was filled with glass shards. I opened up the bottle, the oil seems ok, but as mentioned, makes me hesitant to use it. I cannot speak for the oil effectiveness, I am assuming it is good oil, smells good, but this was really bizarre, finding all that small pieces of broken glass sitting at the bottom of the white box of the bottle, but the item itself appears "ok". Update: I think I now know what was broken in the box holding the product...there is I think a small "travel bottle" that was to some with it, and now looking again at the picture of the item, that is probably what got broken, makes sense to me at least, it would have been an empty little bottle, the amount of broken glass looks about right for a small dark amber or brown bottle. Mystery solved! I DO like the product, thanks.

Great quality and exactly as expected. I purchased this HIQILI 100ml Frankincense to use in a DIY face cream, as I've heard it's great for rejuvenating skin. The scent is lovely and earthy, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results after some consistent use!

I’ve been really happy with this frankincense essential oil and primarily use it when making my own skincare products at home. I like being able to customize my lotions and oils, and this has been a great addition to the ingredients I keep on hand. The scent is rich and earthy, and because essential oils are so concentrated, I only use a small amount diluted into my skincare formulations. The 100 mL bottle is a generous size for how I use it, so I expect it to last quite a while. I also appreciate having a larger bottle rather than constantly replacing the tiny essential oil bottles I’ve used in the past. Overall, I’ve been very happy with it for my homemade skincare and would purchase it again.
