Apple Pencil Holder

It was fairly ok for a couple of weeks, a little tight holding the pen. After less than 2 weeks the glue sticking against the leather, not the iPad, completely failed and spread all over the iPad case. It’s a tacky glue rather than a simple sticker. I’ll be asking for a refund now and ordering a better product elsewhere. In the pic it shows where the pen was attached and where the tacky glue has spread.

The design of the leather is great but the glue is bad, The pencil keeps falling off after a while which defeats the purpose of buying the product.

The concept is good but the adhesive pad has let it down. The bond between the holder and the double sided tape is poor. The bond between the tape and my iPad was fine.

After a couple of months, the holder begins to slip!

The adhesive does not hold on the iPad surface and the product is not as described!!

Read many of the reviews about this item, and how the adhesive strip was letting it down. I bought anyway as I always use my own mounting tape so knew I would be removing the one it has on it. Done that and it seems fine. Must admit, I am not sure that its worth what is being charged.

I mounted this pencil holder on an ESR stand-case for the iPad mini 6. It holds the pen very securely so that I can carry it in the thigh pocket of my scrubs while on patient-rounds at work without worry of it’s accidental loss or falling onto hospital floors (one of the most potentially biologically dangerous environments I’ve encountered). I always use isopropyl alcohol to clean a surface to remove oil/grease prior to applying an adhesive mount if possible (70% is better as it dries slower and has more time to de-grease surfaces — but I had 90% on hand). Well done, ahastyle.

Nein, überhaupt nicht. Schon nach ca. 1 Woche blieb es nicht mehr auf meiner iPad-Hülle kleben. Jetzt nicht mehr zu gebrauchen

The stylus holder itself works very well and it's well built. Just don't expect it to stick on your case very well or for long. The first one I received didn't last more than a week or two before it was peeling off, so I returned it and ordered another one thinking maybe it was just a defect. The new one was exactly the same, so I removed the adhesive strip and put my own Scotch brand extreme double-sided mount tape on it and so far it's working pretty well after a few weeks. So, in it's modified state it seems to be really nice, just somewhat useless the way they send it to you. If I have one suggestion for the manifacturer of this piece, it would be to change to a 🦍 Gorilla or Scotch brand double-sided adhesive and then they'll have a good product.
