These Solgar Vitamins are great B12 vitamins for my husband. He needed more energy, so I got him these back in January. So, he's been taking them off and on for just over two months. He says they have given him more energy and he feels less tired during the day. He likes that he only has to put one under his tongue to dissolve. I tried one and they do have a nice flavor to them, too. Years ago, he used these from Solgar, but this time we went with the 5000 mcg. I recommend these from this brand. They are good quality, taste good, and they really work.

I have to admit when I was buying this product and reading the reviews like I always do. I was skeptical. I’ve heard a lot of different views on the absorption of B12, but I can definitely tell you after even just the first dose of this product. I was cleaning out my closets, doing the dishes and scrubbing the oven. I would highly recommend this. I kind of chose this product out of desperation because I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and I’m super low on energy all the time. I’m excited to know I found something natural that does the trick! It taste really good and it’s super easy to consume!

This is the 2nd bottle I've ordered. It seems to work well and I haven't been sick since I've been taking it. Not sure if its because of this, but I plan on continuing it.

These do work well, much better than others.These do NOT contain citric acid which is murder on tooth enamel.I only give these a 4 star rating because Amazon sent me an email stating there will be a 5.00 price increase! Rip off!

I really feel the energy I need daily. I have Chronic Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia. Because of this, I am usually fatigued. I go in every month to get a B12 Shot to help with the Fatigue, I still get the B12 Shot monthly, but I have to say! This has helped me a BUNCH! In between the B12 Shots. I like the taste but the tiny pill does not dissolve easily, unless! You chew it 1st, then let dissolve under you tongue. Then it dissolves easily. I take together with a Sublingual Vitamin C, so they can dissolve together. I recommend highly! I only "Pray" they keep selling it here on Amazon. Sometimes you get use to buying a Product that works great! Then SUDDENLY IT NOT AVAILABLE! So "Please keep selling it Amazon?"

Good quality vitamins

I have Pernicious Anemia and this product saved my life...LITERALLY! I started having vague symptoms of numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. I went to the doctor, and nothing was found. 9 months later, the symptoms were HORRIBLE! Entire limbs were "falling asleep" and it was bad. I also had buzzing and vibrating over various parts of my body and it was pretty much constant. As a new nurse, I recalled learning about Pernicious Anemia and the symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency in school. I pretty much diagnosed myself and I found this product at a local health food store. This was the highest dose of the good form of B12 that I could find, and I started taking it 3 times per day because I was desparate. I would lay in bed at night and pray to God that my son didn't find me dead in the morning. That's how bad the symptoms were from this problem. Meanwhile, I was going to another doctor who was testing me for MS, and doing all sorts of test. But, by the time he got around to everything, months and months, and months went by, and slowly my syptoms were getting better because of THIS PRODUCT! I honestly think I would have died had I not found this product and started taking it and treating myself. Another year rolled by before they did blood work regarding intrinsic factor and my stomach lining. (Which I had told the 2nd doctor that I went to that I thought I had a Vitamin B12 deficiency) Once they finally did it, they did find that my stomach lining no longer produced Intrinsic Factor and that I could not absorb B12. Then, I started the injections, and I am much better today. I still do have some vague numbness and tingling because it went too long before it was caught, and I have some nerve damage. I still take this product because here lately there is a shortage of B12 injections at the pharmacy where I live. I cannot imagine why, but I am having a difficult time getting it from any pharmacy in my area. I will always keep this product in my home .I am now ordering it online here at Amazon because I save a ton of money buying it here. I am pleased that I found this on Amazon and I am very happy with the price, therefore, I will continue to order this here. Thank you for the quick shipment and the great price!
