Overall great machine and one bad mother frother! This unit replaced my previous Keurig that I had for 10 years. I’ve had this one for 3 months now. I mostly use it to make a cup of coffee using frother to add 1/2 & 1/2 - kind of Americana style. I have only made a cappuccino and latte a few times. Coffee is just my personal preference. I use Neuman’s Own organic special blend k-cups coffee for reference.Pros:1) makes an amazing cup coffee! Wow! Huge improvement over my previous model. Flavor is incredible- tastes better than starbucks or Pete’s. This unit offers 6, 8, 10, 12 ounce and a shot. I like my coffee relatively strong. My previous Keurig needed to be set to 6 ounces in order to be strong enough for me using the same coffee (Neumanns own organic special blend). It’s amazing how much more efficient this machine is. I regularly brew 10 ounces on the strong setting and it’s just as strong but more flavorful as my old one 6 oz. I have had several 12 ounce cups on the strong setting and it’s still a pretty darn strong cup of coffee.2) I love the frother (with the exception of the cons listed below). I was hesitant to get this unit because of all the bad reviews about the frother breaking shortly after receiving a brand new unit. I thought it would be a nice thing to use when guests came to visit. Lol. But I use it for every single cup! The frother adds amazing flavor to the coffee. My life has been transformed. I use add 3 tbsp of 1/2 & 1/2 to fill just above spindle way below fill line use cappuccino setting. Yum! There is a cold and hot setting on the frother + latte and cappuccino options. The cold setting barely froths at all which is fine. I’m sure it has something to do with the temperature but it comes out cold for my iced coffee - which tastes just like a nitro brew at Starbucks - by filling up a coffee cup with ice and using the shot setting on the coffee maker. Cold setting + cappuccino option on frother. Again life transforming in the summer!I hope it doesn’t break as many reviews I have stated. So far so good knock on wood!Cons:1) needs smaller frother. One improvement I would definitely suggest is a smaller sized frother to allow for less milk/half & half for a cup of coffee. It’s way too much cream to fill to the fill line of smallest setting which is cappuccino for one cup of coffee. It still will froth pretty well when I put in just enough to cover the black spindle inside but (1/3 of minimum fill line of cappuccino) but it would be even better if could accommodate smaller amounts of milk.2) the lid of the frother is very thin and flimsy on the sides. Several of the plastic pieces have broken on the side while carefully hand washing, one broke the day after 2nd use.3) Already rust forming inside the frother. I wash and dry it immediately after each use and leave the lid off.3) Sometimes the frother does not froth much at all and other times it froths incredibly well. Again I am using way less half & half than the minimum fill line amount. But it’s always the same amount, 3 tablespoons.4) the unit itself is very light - a fraction of what my older unit weighed. As other reviewer‘s have mentioned, the parts are flimsy and the water reservoir is cheaply made and you need to be careful when attaching it to the unit so it doesn’t break. I usually have to give it a few tries before it will lock into place.

This is a wonderful coffee maker. Easy to use and clean. Saves space. I’ve had it for 2 years and no leaks. There are 4 cup sizes to choose from. And an easy to use milk frother. Very durable and reliable!

We’ve had the keurig long enough that we have figured out how to use it the way we like and worked around the machine’s foibles and shortcomings. It makes coffee very quickly and quietly, especially compared to my 10 year old keurig it replaced. It makes a great cup of hot or iced coffee, and the frother makes really nice cappuccino and latte. I really appreciate how you can easily set your preferred temperature and strength to get the best coffee for you. You can even customize how much froth you want your milk to have, and you can choose hot or cold froth.The machine does not take up a lot of space and looks great on my counter. The reservoir is decent sized and while I appreciate the filter, I’m not looking forward to ordering filters regularly. All in all, I really like the speed and quietness, the flexibility and the number of customized drinks this machine can make.There’s absolutely no need to connect a coffee maker to the internet, and there are many reasons why this is a bad idea. So I just ignored those steps entirely and it does not hinder coffee production. Sure, you have to physically be at the machine to press the buttons to get your coffee, but it’s not a burden since it works so quickly.The only really annoying negative is the difficulty of cleaning the frother, as many other reviews have already stated. You can’t submerge it in water or run it through the dishwasher, so you have to take it apart every single time it is used to clean it. Or you can pour very hot water inside and swish it around carefully in between uses and then just clean it thoroughly once a day. They really need to come up with a better design, because this is crazy. Did no one on the design team not think this would be a problem? But so far, that’s the only annoying negative I’ve found. I can live with the push to sell coffee by wanting people to connect to the IoT by simply not connecting, I’ve had no problems making cafe drinks without it, and the frother works very well, it’s just a stupid design flaw that it is a bother to clean.

Overall, I give this a 5/5! Easy to use, the water holds enough water for my family if 6, and the water filler is easy to fill.Best part: The milk frother is my favorite!! I feel so spoiled having the froth on my coffee like a latte. I have found that whole milk (I use A2 whole milk) froths the best. It can be aggravating though if I’m making more than one cup of coffee because I can’t make the coffee and froth the milk at the same time.Brew strength: I have to set the strength to bold each time because the machine makes the coffee pretty weak, but it could also be because I use the regular kcups.Space: It’s not a small machine, so I would not purchase if you’re looking for a slim and space-saving machine.

I have had a regular Keurig for a few years, but got addicted to cappuccinos in the morning on a recent trip to India.Here is what I didn’t want: I didn’t want to clean a bunch of stuff every day. I didn’t want a stupid pipe infusing air into the milk to make it frothy that I would have to later clean. I didn’t want to grind my own coffee. I didn’t want to put water into the machine every day. I didn’t want to have to tamp down the coffee into the perfect little mound for an amazing cup of espresso/cappuccino/latte. And, most importantly, I didn’t want to wipe out my savings to buy an expensive machine.I thought to myself “how nice would it be if I could use the same pods for the cappuccino/espresso/latte machine as I use for my regular Keurig!While researching espresso machines I saw this one by Keurig!! I LOVE that it uses the same pods as my regular machine. I love that I fill the container and it lasts for several days. I love that it doesn’t have that stupid pipe, but instead uses a magnetic frothier that is super easy to rinse off after use. I love that it makes STRONG COFFEE!!!! It does everything that I want!! AND AT A GREAT PRICE!!!!The only negative, and it is by no means a big deal, is that it takes a few minutes to warm up. So I altered my routine to urn it on and let it heat up while I am feeding the cats in the morning. By the time they are fed, the machine is warmed up and ready for that first amazing cup that makes me go “Aaaaaahhhhh”.

Works great for on the go coffee, if you don't have time to brew a pot, this is great for that cup of gotta run coffee.

I love this thing! I've had it for 5 months now and it works well. The milk frother heats up the milk well and froths it up nicely, although depending on the type of milk you use and how fresh it is, the froth level can change so be aware of that. It has several different options for making coffee and espresso drinks. I've made lattes, cappuccinos, regular coffees, cafe mochas, etc. It's very versatile and generally produces a decent cup of coffee. For a cheaper alternative to a large latte machine, it works great!

Apis de um mes de transporte o produto chegou em uma caixa genérica (não a caixa do fabricante) sem manuais. Mostrva sinais de uso e marcas, o wifi não funcionava e reiniciava constantemente. Não sei como é possível o comércio de produtos usados e danificados pelo Amazon. Tive que retornar o pacote. Não deu para testar.

We have an up-to-date router from our ISP. It has band steering, like most modern routers. This combines the 2.4 band with the 5 band. The Keurig will only connect to 2.4. Even disabling the 5 band will not solve this. I have many other 2.4 items connected with no problems. Customer Service wasn't helpful; they arranged for a tech to call at a set time, but no phone call. A day later, someone sent an email intended for a tech, but there was no new information, and the connection still didn't work.I don't see why Keurig can't make a simple Wi-Fi device; I have over 30 other devices (2.4, 5, and 6) connected to the router, and they all work.
