It would be a bargain at twice the price!
Needed a little more gear cause to climb some inclines comfortably so I purchased the 18T freewheel. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this very inexpensive freewheel. Smooth, quiet and neat looking.

Great value, perfect part
I put roughly 125 to 130 miles a week on my electric bike just riding to and from work, and doesn't include any leisure activities. So I wear out the parts on my bike pretty quickly. I am updating my review to reflect the fact I bought another one these freewheels, and not because it's poor quality or doesn't work, but because I wore this out too! The part works perfectly and is definitely an improvement from the original stock OEM freewheel. With that being said, the fitting is really tight. I have not been able to screw it as far down as the original part (I was able to screw it on about 3/4 of the way down perhaps more), but there is still enough clearance between the frame and the freewheel that it doesn't cause a problem. Had trouble finding a freewheel tool that had a pass-through big enough for the axle on my bike. Came pre-greased which is definitely a plus. Price was on point.

Does not work for a 94 Specialized Hardrock
Product seems great quality. Keep in mind, if your hub does not have threads this will not work. My 94 hardrock uses a lock nut to hold the hub in place. The hub doesn't screw directly on. It appears to work fine until you go to use it. The tension immediately unscrews said locknut. You need something with notches in it. The hub on my hardrock holds in place using little flanges that pop into notches. Im still trying to figure out what I need to buy instead.

Your brakes need to be in working order
Works perfect. You don't HAVE to have the tool, but it might be a good idea if you don't already have tools

A larger chainring may be a better option
12 tooth freewheel doesn't fit over typical axle lock nut. Freewheel is wide, you may need to change the dish of a standard bmx wheel.

Decent
I like it, riding to work with this daily on my 2014 Norco Heart single speed bike and have had no issues so far. The hardest part of the process was getting my old freewheel off, I ended up having to take quite destructive measures. After that, the new one just threads on and you pedal away. Looks like this one can be removed with a traditional freewheel tool too if necessary. It's relatively quiet but has a satisfying tick and engages well. Very happy.

Does what it's supposed to do.
Fits on the "freewheel" threaded side of my Steelwool hub. Works great. It brought my commute-to-the-train-station/winter-beater bike back to life after a catastrophic failure of the previous hub. I wasn't expecting much, but tolerances are fine, considering the low price. Seems like something that will be good for a couple of years. I put some anti-seize compound on the threads so it doesn't seize on the hub when installing it. You don't need a tool to get it on as pedalling will tighten it, but you might need one to get it off, unless you get creative with a hammer and screwdriver. Only time will tell if it's durable, but considering this type of thing is very low-tech, I'm sure it'll be fine.

A season done and no issues
The sprocket was easy to install, has operated freely for the cycling season smooth as butter, and has nice level of freewheel noise. Neither too noisy or to quiet.
