This Scosche kit was exactly what I needed for my Jeep. Everything fit like it should, and it even came with extra parts I didn’t end up using. The install was straightforward, the radio looks factory once in place, and nothing rattles or feels cheap. Honestly made the whole project way less stressful. What you may care about: • Comes with the harness and adapter, so no wire-cutting headaches. • Sturdy ABS plastic holds up well in the dash. • Works with a lot of Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM models — just double-check yours before ordering.

Had alot in it doesn't come with screw to mount it but all parts there are quality and the right part easy instructions color wires make it simple and the faster easy to use took less time than I thought sounds better than the factory system and was fast to install 20 mins thanks

Installed as it should no issues

Very convenient kit. There's a couple of issues with it, but what else are you going to buy? Not many options or there for specific vehicles. Pros: fills in the big gap you would have without a kit. Comes with the correct plug to adapt to your vehicle. Cons: The kit surround is molded odd and will leave a gap if not modified. (See before and after pics) The harness provided doesn't have all the wires it could have. It has a separate ACC (ignition) wire that you have to use even if your harness provides the ignition wire in it. The injection mold has a reverse look to it... It should have the slopping side face the stereo and not away from it. All in all you can make it work. A little modification to the bezel (notch cut-see profile pic) will make it look allot better in your truck!

Listing stated it would work for a 2016 Jeep Patriot. My fault for not checking first but once I got everything wired to new stereo and went to install it does not connect.

2011 dodge ram 1500, Comes with what you need but difficult to install. Not just a simple plug and play. Had to do a couple modifications to make the radio fit, also the red wire goes to your blue wire on the cigarette lighter.

Me encantó este kit de instalación, el material es de calidad y prácticamente utilicé todo lo que contiene para conectar mi estéreo 2ble Din. Se ajustó perfecto para mi Jeep Patriot 2015.

I used this to install an aftermarket radio in my basic model grand caravan. The kit contained all that I needed for a double din install. The connector worked but only contains the wire for the speakers and basic install. Not a problem on a base model van. The only issue was the power. For some reason, there is no red wire (power positive) on the connector. I suspect that the OEM radio uses the battery wire for both power and battery. At any rate, I ran a wire from the ignition controlled cigarette lighter socket to the radio up inside the dash. This was awkward but not difficult. Removing the lower cover is 4 pins/screws two on each side and it basically slides out. I now have an awesome radio, note one cigarette socked turns off when the engine the other stays on. Take power from the one that turns off when ignition is off.

Ensamble perfecto. Kit con todo lo necesario. Facilita mucho el trabajo y la instalación.
