They fit really well, and the band at the top keeps them from slipping down. I bought them to use under my knee brace to prevent chafing, and they worked as expected. Make sure you follow the measurement instructions to get the proper size.

These have been a life saver under knee brace! A little long because im only 5'3", but fold them over brace.

I am using these under my Breg knee brace. I have found a slight variation in the sizing. The grey set is much tighter on my thigh than the black or white sets. I only use one at a time so having a fresh sleeve for every day is great. I have no slippage down the thigh. The top holds tight without cutting my circulation. These sleeves make my brace very comfortable with no chaffing. I would not mind if they were all black but color is not the most important consideration. The sleeves are showing no signs of wear and the top band has not stretched out after many months of use.

These are great for what they are. 4/5 stars only becuase I was purchasing to wear under a brace (works great for that) but I was wanting something to stop my leg brace from sliding under my slacks. I had ACL surgery and wearing the brace under my slacks is a problem as it tends to slide. These did not prevent that. PROs: Size was perfect. Used a large (17.5") on my 20.25" leg and it is very comfortable. No issue wearing for long periods. Live in a hot climate and no issues with leg overheating. I like the fact that you get multiple with differnt colors. I still wear under the brace as it is no worse than ont he skin directly and it is more comfortable that skin contact with brace. Easily washed (so my wife tells me) :). I will plan on wearing this after my brace comes off for a little added support and think they will work great for that. Overall happy with the purchase.

I was careful in my measurements but these still came too large. Ugh! I hope they shrink when they get washed. I am a 3X man so extra large should not have been too big. But the general quality of these is still high.

Despite the website advertising not having a suitable size chart, I’m 6’1” 180ish and ordered the large. These fit well. They’re not a true compression sleeve, but the function as soft sleeve to afford some slight compression which is what I needed post surgery. For an under pants or sweats, or even shorts knee sleeve these work well. The length is from above the knee to almost the ankle, a good range of coverage. The company is responsive to questions, which is a plus. Overall, whether using by themselves or under a knee brace, I’d recommend, just watch the sizing.

I have a knee that is getting fitted for an unloader brace, so I wanted to get a sleeve for underneath it, and this pack looked like a good deal and had decent reviews. Well, unless these people are part Groot, there's no way a size large should fit on a human leg like this. I read another reviewer who said they look like really baggy tights, and they were spot on. There is no pressure with these, and it's so loose I can't even wear it as a plain sleeve underneath. I liked the 4 pack of basic colors-it's a PITA to need a sleeve while they're in the wash or wet. Save your money, your frustration (braces without sleeves under them HURT) and go with another brand that will at the very least stay up and protect your skin.

Smooth and stayed put. Saved my skin from a rash post ACL surgery. My brace was giving me a rash and these were life savers. I wore these every day with the brace. I also wore this during physical therapy to protect the wounds from surgery.
