These are face tissue cut outs not stencil
These are not at all useful. Rather these are tissue paper cut outs. Very low quality

Good for practice
This is ideal for beginners who want to start doing eyeliner. What I don't like about it, is that the eyeliner stencils has a thick black outline which interfers with the application and does not give that perfect cat eye but it help with practicing.
