Not too small a mask at all!
I would like to put an end to the numerous reviews that claim this mask is too small in size. Just look at the attached picture. It is the same size (maybe a tad larger), than a commonly available 3M Aura mask. Now I have a large head (60 cm circumference), and I feel the 3M is a tad small, but still very usable. The BNX mask feels fine to me. The elastic bands are not too tight at all, even though the top band seems expanded to 85-90% of capacity on my head.I am a retired industrial hygienist (health and safety professional), and I like the BNX mask a lot. It is not too thin, has a stiff carcass, and yet has excellent breathability. It is not as stuffy as the various models of 3M masks. The 3M masks achieve their N95 safety certification by fitting very, very tight.I have given up wearing 3M masks for COVID because their Achilles Heel is the silicone straps, which break too easily. I have also tried the 3M masks with the yellow elastic straps, and those also break quickly. The straps will break at the point where they are stapled, or they will break in the middle. The straps on a 3M mask won't last a week for daily use. So you run through a lot of masks and it gets expensive. If you complain to 3M they will tell you their masks are designed for one-time use by medical staff. Braided elastic straps are the way to go (the type used on Korean-made KF94 masks), and I believe 3M is now offering one model of mask with this feature, although IMO, the strap will still break where it is stapled to the mask.Time will tell whether the braided, heat-sealed straps on the BNX mask are more durable than the blue or yellow straps on the 3M. I will post an update later.Update on 6-28-2023: I have been wearing the same mask for the last 6 months to test the straps and it hasn't broken yet! I wear the mask maybe 2-6x a week. The mask is a bit stained and yucky through all this, but neither of the two straps have broken yet. And I have a large 60 cm head so I stretch the straps a lot whenever I don the mask. The straps are still going strong - now that's impressive compared to the 3M silicone straps which are stapled on.

Well-fitting masks that you can breathe in and talk in
I am a 5'7" , 158 lb, 65-year old female with a round/square face. These masks fit perfectly. There is no air leakage and my glasses don't fog up. And people can understand me when I talk! I did, however, do some alterations. I don't wear a ponytail so I didn't want the top strap around the back of my head. It wouldn't stay in place. Instead, I cut the elastic loops and tied them in a square knot. Now the loops go behind my ears. Not a perfect fit (a little tight) but they stay in place for several hours. I have only worn these masks for 3 hours max at a time. But they give me a great deal of relief of possibly not contracting a respiratory virus from someone else. AND THEY'RE MADE IN THE USA.

Fits better than other types of mask
I purchased these masks to use on an international flight. I’d worn the more traditional N95 mask by BNX before on long trips and found them itchy and they didn’t fit around the bridge of my nose very well. You could feel the air passing through the gaps either side of the mask in that area. This tri-fold design fitted my face much better, with no air gaps. They also gave me more space around my mouth and nostrils, which made them more comfortable to wear. The only downside I experienced was that the part that you press around the bridge of your nose got uncomfortable after an hour or two. I had to get this part positioned at just the right height. After that, the mask was tolerable for long periods of time. Note the some of the negative reviews state that these masks are too small and only suitable for children. This is because unlike other face masks, these masks are shipped folded. You have to unfold them before putting them on.

WOW! SO uncomfortable!
I masked quite a bit from 2020-2022. I was picky: I wanted something protective (which this DOES seem to be, as the nose clip keeps it's shape, and I could get a good seal), and with headbands (not ear loops), but something I could wear for hours at a time when needed. I wore this airport to airport (to airport), a total of 7 hours... and by hour 3 I felt I'd been punched in the nose! The headbands weren't too tight, the mask was plenty big for my face... so it's not like I was wearing a child's mask. I had to "donate" the rest of the 10-pack, cause I couldn't bare to have my face smashed for the flights home. Perhaps they'll fit your face better. They do seem durably made, and have the authentic NIOSH-approval markings- 2 big plusses.

Top quality face masks from BNX!
I received my package of 10 masks and was glad to see they were the style with the ear loops. These are great to slip in my purse and whip out as needed. The black fish style respirator ones that I ordered had are a lot harder to put on, especially before getting out of the car, or inside say a doctors office, but they do have a airtight seal. That said, I have bought face masks from BNX before and really like the quality, durability, and the fact that they are made in the USA. I honestly will just have to get used to the fishy ones. There are just too many germs out there!IMHO, these are exceptional face masks! PS than

Awful and you can't even return them.
Too small for me, made it uncomfortable. The seller was great in giving a refund, however. So for that 5 stars.
