Skinneeez Cat Toys, 3" Forested, Creature May Vary

Okay, this is the story - a friend gave my cats this toy, a little squirrel looking creature and one of my kittens, Tess, just adored it and would play fetch with it. She started the game, would bring it to me (and only THAT toy) and I would throw it and she would go it with great enthusiasm and bring it back. The game would go on until my arm wore out. Well...the house cleaner came and I must have failed to pick up the little creature and it was vacuumed up. Tess walked around looking forlorn, came to me and we both looked for the creature. Sadness settled in. So I called the housecleaning company and pleaded they go through the vacuum trash from our house, of course explaining Tess' distress. The next day I receive an email "We found it!" and the house cleaner at the door with a baggie with the little furry creature in it. Tess was delighted! But I was not going to have that anxiety again so got on Amazon and looked until I ran across these cat toys and sure enough, exactly the same. Ordered 3! One is the twin to Tess' current toy and the others are different. All these creatures are wonderful and just cat size to carry around. But get extras!!

These are my picky cat's favorite toys, and I think it's because they are super lightweight and therefore she can flip them and play with them easily. She loves to flip her toys in the air while laying down (the laziest cat ever LOL) so these are perfect. They're small but super well-made. The fabric is really soft, and there are no loose parts or stitching to worry about. Plus, they are really cute. My cat hates everything except for mice that rattle, and these toys. 5 Amazon stars!

I consider myself pretty good at paying attention to detail, it's a pretty big part of my job. But I definitely missed a key detail for this product. Because they do a great job of fooling the average person by using the picture of all 3 toys together as the main picture for this product, which in turn convinces most people that you're getting them as a set. I obviously got a little ahead of myself and ordered it as soon as I saw the squirrel was part of it, because Ive been looking for that damn squirrel toy everywhere and cannot find it. My oldest cat Link got that squirrel along time ago and absolutely LOVED that thing. He carried it everywhere, slept with it every night and wouldn't let his brother or sister anywhere near it. And to my dismay, he lost it somewhere, and I could never find it, even after searching every square inch of our house. (Side note: he liked giving his "squirrel" a bath, as my wife and I would always find it in the toilet. That's where I'm guessing it met it's maker) Seeing the squirrel , I pretty much hit order without even thinking twice about it . And I open my package today with the utmost disappointment when I discover that I did not order a set of 3, but only one stuffed toy, and to drive the knife in even deeper, it turns out to be a skunk, and not the beloved squirrel Link has been so very anxious to find again. So my low review is me showing my obvious disappointment to the sly trickery you have so geniusly applied to this product display. Sure, I figured out that it does say in the description that *Creature may vary* so I can't say you didn't point it out somewhere, but you definitely knew exactly what you were doing when you made that picture of all 3 animal toys together as the main photo that everyone sees first. And you got me hook line and sinker. Hell, if I actually would've ended up with that coveted squirrel, I probably would've just called it an "oh well" moment. But since it wasn't, one star for you. How about editing your main photo for this product and making it clear that you are only getting ONE TOY PER ORDER, and adding the fact , it will be random animal wherever else you want. But making it crystal clear that the customer isn't ordering all 3, even though you show a picture of all 3 together, so that there is ZERO confusion. I thought about just buying the actual squirrel, but I decided against it since you definitely were trying to be sneaky and get more people to hit order than would if it was totally obvious you're only getting one.

Two of my cats loved this toy. One just liked to lick it, the other carried it around with her everywhere. No matter where you left it around the house, she would find it and take it with her or bring it to you. I have bought multiple versions over the years. Since they’re stuffing-free, they’re safe to have around the dogs, and they wash well in the washer.

Fair cat toy

I did not read this listing carefully enough; the product image showed three Skinneeez toys and thought I would be receiving 3 animals for the price. The product details do state you will receive *one* un-stuffed animal and I unfortunately missed that. I gave a skinny guy a try but frankly for $3-4 a piece this toy is kind of expensive for what wound up being an otherwise lackluster chew toy. Other than the cuteness factor for humans and being "un-stuffed", the catnip allure is about all this toy has going for it and both my cat and dog prefer MANY other catnip toys over the Skinneeez.

This is the best cat toy ever! I FINALLY found a toy my slightly overweight cat (due to long-term prednisone use) will actually play with. He just went to the vet for his yearly physical and has already lost almost 1 lb (which is significant for a cat). The vet was so pleased to see he was actually losing weight, which can be hard to do with cats. I tried sooooooo many other toys and could never find anything he played with like these. Every night he is romping around with one of these. I stocked up on them so I will never be out should one go missing. I only wish I had a video of him playing with it to post.

My cat loves this little toy. I've ordered this several times and each cat loves this toy. (One more than the other) My one cat drops it in the water dish and plays with it endlessly. It has a small amount of catnip in it. It is a stuffless toy. There is no stuffing. Just fabric and catnip. They show an assortment of 3 but you are only ordering ONE toy. *I'm not sure why people would rate this toy poorly because they're expecting 3 toys but receive 1. The only complaint I have which would not affect my rating was I ordered two at the same time and Amazon sent two of the same animal instead of maybe sending two different animals. But that's on Amazon, not the seller or the toy.

I don't know why, I was sure it was a package of 3. So for that price it is a bit expensive for just one, I mean, the description could be clearer about that. However my cat loved his previous one so much I had to get him a similar one. I bet he's gonna like this one just as much. He just plays with it all day long and carries it around the house wherever he goes. I've never seen him enjoy a toy so much. I can even play fetch with the cat. He brings it to me just so I can throw it again. Very good product. The other cat doesn't quite like it as much but if it makes one of the two very happy I guess it's not that bad of a mistake...

We give these pet toys to our beautiful cats and straight away they adored them. Me and my family think there extremely good. And i'm happy they come from new York as I love America. Make sure u buy them as ya cat will go wild.

totally worth the money, the toy is very well made. however, my cat still prefers the much easier to rip apart dollar store toy that i have to sew up every so often. he does play with this one, just not as much.

Bought this for my cat. It took a while to get here but when it did my cat loved it as he does all Skineeez. It doesn't get any peace!
