Q: Is it possible to switch 24V circuits with the Shelly Pro4PM?

It needs to be powered by high voltage AC but it can switch 24VDC on any output.

Q: Is this device able to reset a circuit breaker which has tripped from a remote location?

No because most circuit breakers have a mechanical trip and the physical switch needs to be reset to restore power. It would be possible in the case of a relay breaker that trips internally.
