Nice camera but poor instructions
I very nearly sent the camera back. The instructions are unclear. The main way to switch the camera on and of is by disconnecting the power, either by inserting or withdrawing the plug or turning the ignition on or off whilst it is plugged in. When you turn the camera on for the first time you should allow it time to charge up the internal battery before disconnecting power. If you don’t allow the internal battery time to charge when the camera is disconnected it does a dirty close down and may not start up again. To fix this plug the camera in and press the reset button on the bottom. This resets the software and the camera will start up again. To adjust the camera settings the camera must be in standby mode. If the camera is not in standby mode the menu and mode buttons have no effect. The instructions refer to standby mode but do not tell you how to put the camera in standby or how to know when the camera is in standby. When the camera is turned on it is in video mode, in video mode the camera is loop recording. To switch to standby mode press the OK button, the camera will stop recording and the clock in the top right corner of the screen will stop and the digits will turn white. The menu and mode buttons can be used to access the camera settings now. The first time I turned the camera on it got very hot but for subsequent charges it remained cool. I think this is because the internal battery probably has no charge when the camera is delivered new and takes a large surge of current for the initial charging session but once charged up it doesn’t need such a large current so runs cooler. Final observation is about the video cable connecting the rear camera to the front camera. This cable is probably long enough for most cars but may not be long enough if you are fitting the camera in a van or campervan. I fitted my camera in a Renault Trafic short wheelbase campervan and the cable was just long enough. If you have a larger van you may need an extender for the video cable.

Quality Images
I like the camera picture quality but the camera in my car (BMW X3) is plugged in to the Cigar socket and after the car is switched off and then back on again the next time the car is started the time stamp on the stored image goes back to the date of manufacture. It has to be hard wired to retain the correct time and date.

Good value, but
OK so installing the camera no problem pictures excellent, but the rear view camera is a different story. Firstly no instructions to install, a red wire dangling but no idea where it goes. Needs better instructions

...all that was lacking was a copy of the manual
The cameras and mounts are fine. If they included a link to the pdf manual then it would have saved much time. I asked for one and was promptly sent one by Coco. 😁

Horrible video output quality.
The video output quality is so poor that you can’t see cars plates or other information even on a larger screen.
