The stethoscope feels thicker than other but it works well. The blood pressure cuff has an arrow as to where it should be placed on the arm. I jave used this kit for almost 10 years and it is still in great working condition. I would recommend as a home blood pressure kit.

I bought this for home use. At first, everything seemed perfect: nice color, carrying pouch, decent quality, clear directions, comes with replacement parts, etc. Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to use on myself because I couldn't properly tighten the cuff one-handed. It's probably fine if someone else is tightening it but without a D-Ring to slide evenly along the cuff and aid with tightening, the velcro repeatedly caught too early and/or unevenly, rendering it useless. Returned.
