It’s so pretty, well built and designed for home and professional kitchens. I use this knife almost everyday at work, I work in a fast paced fine dining cuisine. I highly recommend this knife as a gift or personal knife for your own collection. Handle has great weight and feel if you like a slender sized handle, the edge also is well sharp out of box and stays in great shape!

Very good knife; sharpness is there and steel quality is great. Used it several times at work. I'm glad it comes with a saya wood sheath since many Japanese knives being sold on Amazon don't come with a saya. I really like the markings on the blade, but personally I marked out the brand's name, the 'made in China', and the steel material markings because it just looks 'weird' on the blade. One thing I don't like is how the red box of the knife is wayyyy too big. So I don't bring it with me to work, which is why, again, it's a good thing this knife comes with a saya.

The tip is Super sharp- as is the knife. Watch your fingers and hands! The grip is comfortable for my small hands.

These are the best knives. Great quality, well made, nice weight. Must be hand washed and dried which is no problem. Nice addition to any kitchen.

This is a nice knife brand foe the money, I have two other smaller knives by Hezhen that are great. This one though is definitely too heavy for comfortable use, at least for me personally...also, the black finish on this one is shiny and uneven whereas the other knives it is a matte finish and more evenly applied. Anyway, if you don't mind a heavy knife, go for it. These knives come shaving sharp right out of the box

Extremely sharp and comfortable to use. I made chicken salad with this one knife to put it through the paces and it sliced through chicken breast, walnuts, and celery with ease. It's a great price for a VG-10 equivalent steel knife, and it's very well balanced too.
