The perfect Jasmine tea when brewed cold.
This review is for the organic high mountain jasmine tea in the green container. The tea is well packaged, vacuum sealed and protected inside a metal container. The dry tea leaves have a pleasant fragrance of Jasmine flowers. I first tried brewing the tea in the typical gong fu method, but was disappointed by the results. The tea flavor is so robust that the jasmine fragrance and flavor are all but lost. I greatly prefered the high elevation jasmine tea in the white container when prepared this way. However, I decided to try cold brewing this tea on a whim, and the results were fantastic. I didn't weigh or measure the tea or water, so you will have to experiment to find the right ratio. I probably used about 12-14 grams of tea per liter of cold water and steeped it in the refrigerator for around 18 hours. The result was the best jasmine tea I've ever had. This makes the perfect chilled tea for a warm spring or summer day.

normally a black tea drinker, but I really like this green
This review is for the Xin Qing green tea. I recently ran out of "Melon Seed" green tea and was looking for an alternative. Growing up a black tea drinker I'm slowly learning to appreciate the greens. Yes, this does have a slight "vegetal" taste but I am adjusting to it. On a second steeping today it actually tasted kind of sweet. Balled greens in my experience are kind of rare. I was glad to buy Taiwanese rather than Chinese on the belief that they are probably more adherent to organic practices, especially concerning the use of pesticides. (But do I know either way for sure? No.) I've decided to try their gunpowder green and will review that shortly. Here is a second review for the gunpowder tea. I tasted many examples of true Chinese gunpowder teas and Taiwanese milk oolongs. I would say this has perhaps a hint for the former, but tastes mostly like the latter. It is still a good tea. For a green, there is absolutely no "vegetal" taste, but again, it is much closer to a milk oolong or Tie Guan Yin, if you know what that is. It has a very tiny bit of smoke.I've been leaning toward buying the Taiwanese teas of late because of the bad press about pesticide use in China. The "organic" label is encouraging, but can you depend on it? I don't know.I had no problem with the freshness as others have posted. It was very well wrapped and vacuum sealed. Mine says it was packaged May of '23. I don't know why others insist on freshness. I have teas in my collection that are over a decade old and they're still good, even some greens. Sometimes aging actually helps the flavor.

Inflammation gone
I’ve been doing this because i suffer fromInflammation. And saw this might help . Do what you should and discuss with your doctor this works for me and my health .AFTER BREAKFAST(Prevent dehydration)1/2 HR BEFOREEXERCISE(Burn fat)1/2 HR BEFOREBEDTIME(Weight loss)• 1 HR BEFORE & AFTER MEAL(Prevent fat absorption)When I tell you this tea is green teaing only needs a few maybe 2 or 3 little pepper flakes then opens up . It does have a tea taste not bitter but not sweet. You will be visiting the bathroom a lot of #1 but also #2 not the point where you are in pain but don’t eat greasy food because this will clean you out and I felt cramp . This is a very good tea . Worth every penny. It’s vacuumed sealed and smells and looks so fresh . I personally just throw it in my hot water and drink hot/warm I feel the inflammation going down. Easy to operate and repurpose for a second or third cup that how great this tea is . Not saw dust that they sell at the store will be purchasing again

Fragrant and Refreshing Jasmine Green Tea
I recently tried Xin Qing Organic Jasmine Green Tea, and it’s quickly become one of my favorites. The delicate jasmine fragrance is absolutely wonderful, and it pairs perfectly with the smooth, slightly sweet taste of the green tea. The loose leaves are of high quality and unfurl beautifully when brewed, delivering a clean, refreshing cup every time. I also appreciate that it’s organic and sourced from Taiwan, known for its premium teas. Whether I’m enjoying it hot or iced, this tea is a delightful treat. Highly recommended for jasmine tea lovers!

This may be best for the price..
Pretty good. Not the best crop but fair collection of 1-2 inch leaves (mid harvest). Much better than average flavor.

Not an Organic green tea
True, the package does not indicate organic, so it is not an organic green tea. It can not be returned, either.Amazon says it is Organic which is a piece of false information. The keyword word ‘Organic’ must be removed so consumers will not be cheated.

Not my cup of tea
I really don’t like the flavor of this tea. Was way too expensive. Taste was bitter. Would not buy again!
