Excellent product, value, and customer service!
I purchased this mouse because my previous mouse (Razer Death Adder) was starting to show signs of age after several years use. In seeking a replacement, I was looking for something that functioned as well as the Razer, was ergonomic, looked nice, and maybe even wireless. My current budget was much. I came across the KLIM Blaze Pro and Dock and it checked off all of the boxes so I figured I would give it a shot. When it arrived, I was immediately impressed with the packaging. A nice box with everything carefully protected by foam. I set it up and installed the software (easily downloaded from the website). I loaded a game to test it out. Nothing too demanding. Sadly, I was immediately disappointed. The cursor skittered all over the screen either sticking or jumping. Tried several games and other programs with similar results. On the KLIM website, I sent a request via E-Mail and was advised I would receive a response within 24 hours. I didn't hold out much hope as I had heard similar responses from customer service for other companies only to be left hanging. However, less than 24 hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an E-Mail from Julien with KLIM customer support. He asked me some questions in regards to how I set up the mouse, what surface I had the mouse on, etc. I replied back and advised that I achieved the same results whether using the mouse wired or wirelessly (yes you can do both!). I tried a number of surfaces, mouse pads, etc. to no avail. After several E-Mails, he advised that it sounded as if the mouse I purchased had a faulty sensor. He agreed that they would send me a replacement which they did. The replacement is everything I could want. It tracks smoothly, is wireless, looks great, has super long battery life. The software downloaded from the website is easy to use and increases the functionality of an already superior product! Julien followed up after sending the new mouse to ensure that I received it and that I was happy with it. Now THAT'S Customer Service! KLIM is a young company. I am anxious to see where they go from here. I encourage everyone to give them a try. You won't be disappointed. Julien, and the rest of the team won't let you be!

Exceptional Mouse with high dollar features and a low price tag
This mouse was a gamble for me as I tend to gravitate towards the higher dollar mice like logitech, or even roccat. My choice in gaming mice boils down to customization and support for Linux, I work as a Dev and I need a quality mouse that can be fully operational in a linux setting as well as windows. While the app for this mouse is pretty limited, it at least does have a full app for windows but nothing yet for linux so not the end of the world in my opinion since I can hard change the dpi on the mouse still and all other buttons are still operational. On to the usage, this thing is insane for the price. Comparing it to something like the logitech g502 or the basilisk ultimate would be hard since those are great mice in their own rights. However its not far off from either in terms of tracking. I feel if you really tune the dpi it can feel a lot like you are using one of those while costing far less. The mouse still comes with the wireless base charger that does double as a usb extender for the receiver. It also has an excellent feel in the hand and the rgb, while not customizable on linux can be somewhat controlled on windows. Finally the cons The controls for the mouse are basic which can be either good or bad depending on your use case. The mouse can only go up to 6000 dpi which some will argue isnt enough but i feel like that can be a use case also. The biggest con in my opinion is the weight of the mouse, its a featherweight compared to a standard mouse. This can be easily solved if you added some weight to it on the inside or maybe add that as a feature down the road. Ultimately if you are needing a good mouse that can be used daily and put away or on charge easily then this is a real contender IMO, while it might be for everyone id say this is easily 90% what you will need in a good wireless computer mouse that will track well and provide easy of use when handling. I give it a solid 10/10 for the price. EDIT: So I got with a buddy and we are making a fake usb dongle made from solid steel in his workshop, easy to do and then add to the mouse to see if it helps with the weight because I seriously feel like thats its only real shortcoming. Will upload more pics when its done. EDIT 8/23/22: So I measured the mouse weight and boy was I correct. The mouse in total weighs about 88g which is extremely light, too light IMO. A regular mouse like the logitech g502 (old mouse now) weighs about 129g with 10g added through the weights placed underneath. Im used to mice having this feature but when you pay $40 for something its hard to expect everything a $180 mouse has lol. I added an 8g weight my colleague made roughly to see how this works as he is getting one of these bad boys lol. He used it and agreed that its nice for the money and features. We found that while the 8g helps, I feel that roughly 20g would be perfect. All in all if this issue could be fixed then i feel that this is an awesome mouse

Great adapter, Cool Lights, and Works Well
Sat on by my 100-pound dog, and still working. I like the adapter and the magnet that pulls the mouse to it, the lights on the adapter and the mouse, and it works well. It does seem kind of light, which seems a bit concerning. So far though, it hasn't demonstrated any issues.

On par with the big names (if you don't mind the charging)
I've used dozens of gaming mice over the years, from Razer to Glorious to Logitech (and more), and this mouse is 100% on par while costing 2x to 3x, even sometimes 4x cheaper, AND it includes the charging dock, which is crazy to me. I bought this mouse on a whim before I was about to pull the trigger on a G305, being that I wanted a mouse with longer battery life to replace my Glorious Model D's short lifespan before needing a recharge, but then saw this mouse in my feed and was attracted by the aesthetic of it; I have to say, I do not regret my decision one bit so far one week in. I'm normally not very trusting of brands I've never heard of, being that I was afraid this might have been made of cheap plastic or might have long travel distance on the buttons or cheap lasers that may hinder competitive gameplay, but after reading the glowing reviews, receiving it, and comparing it back and fourth with the Model D, it feels the exact same quality-wise and performance wise. I'm impressed. Another note: This mouse weighs around 95grams, so it was slightly more noticeably heavier than most lightweight gaming mice. Personally, I don't mind it, as I've previously used (and loved) mice such as the Razer Deathadder which weighs at around 101grams. If you're the type of person who NEEDS lightweight mice, this may not be for you, or if you need a heavyweight mouse, you may need to modify it with weighted skates. Update: Unfortunately, I have made the decision to refund the product. This is due to the constant need to charge it, even with the charging dock. As a heavy user, it simply requires way too frequent charging for it to not being an annoyance. Being an owner of the Hyperx Cloud Alphas with their astonishing months of use I can go without charging, this by comparison won't last a few days (even with use of the dock when I'm playing a game that uses a controller instead). I'm sure this battery life is on par with many other rechargeable mice, but I'm going to opt for something with less frequent need of charging, maybe battery based such as the g305 or orochi v2. This is the only gripe I've had about the product. Otherwise, it's amazing.

It is a great mouse but the dock don't work with the software......
This mouse is pretty good. Love the dock, no cords, just sit it on the dock when you're done. The mouse is responsive and a perfect fit in your hand. Have 2 macros is nice. Its isn't cheaply made and you can customize the colors of the mouse with their software. But here is where my only complaint comes in and the reason, I took a star away. Though you can change the lighting of the mouse, you cannot do this with the dock. So, in my case, my entire desk theme is black with red lighting. Since I cannot edit the lighting of the dock, I only have 3 options.......have everything lit red w/ my dock being rainbow, I can turn the dock off, or I can change my lighting which I do not want to do. It's nothing big but sure is annoying when I am trying to match all the peripherals. Plus, I don't see why they can't make the dock work with the software. Aside that, it's a great mouse at a great price!

Cheap, Durable and Reliable. Trusted gaming mouse for 4 years!
Great Mouse, Bought in 2022. Still works after years of abuse and negligence. Cheap, Durable and Reliable. I am considering getting another one to replace it after much wear and tear. Wireless works well, can be used wired without interruptions. Response time is very good, it is comfortable on the hand. Brightness and colors can be changed in the software, along with fine tuning. Pulling rate reaches a 1000hz, best check the app to enable its full potential. I'm very satisfied with this mouse and will recommend Klim products.

Was ok at first having issues not even a month after ordering.
At first it was a nice mouse but it's not even been a month and it's having issues. I don't think it's battery related but I can't be 100% sure. I can let it since on the base and charge overnight and then the next day using it for 15-20 minutes and the cursor will just start to lag/jump around and not respond at times. You can turn the mouse on/off and it will usually solve the issue but not every time. Most likely going to have to send it back and go back to my aging Razer mouse.

Best bang for buck out there
Adjust your expectations but I doubt you'll be disappointed. It's a very light mouse, is wireless, has a symmetrical shape. It ticks all the boxes for a good mouse with some drawbacks. Pro's: 1. it's light 2. battery life is great 3. comes with a wireless charger 4. the 2.4gHz usb dongle exhibits very low (almost no) latency making it perfect for a wireless gaming mouse, it will compete with wired with no issues 5. very attractive price Con's: 1. The shape will not be for everyone, I find myself using the mouse a little bit tilted but have gotten use to it. 2. lack of ability to change the RGB settings on it as it's also connected to the mouse DPI 3. It has various levels of sensitivity but they gap a bit so you won't have all the options compared to a higher-end mouse. I don't have an issue here, some might. Would I buy this again, Yes. I think it's a good product but I would prefer a more right handed mouse, would love to see that from a smaller computer peripheral company
