Beast [Blu-Ray] [2022] [Region Free]

I really enjoyed this film. Yes, it does have CGI lions, but my question is how could they make this film without CGI? train a lion to attack a human but not mean it?? Impossible.So with that out the way, it's a good story, quite a simple story, good acting. A enjoyable thriller with horror tones.I would recommend this film to anyone wanting a good, fun evenings entertainment.

Recently widowed Dr. Nate Samuels (Idris Elba) and his daughters Meredith (Iyana Halley ) and Norah (Leah Sava) go on vacation to Mopani Reserve in South Africa meeting up with Nate's old friend Martin (Sharlto Copley) a biologist.Martin offers Nate and his daughters a guided tour of restricted areas in the reserve.They soon come across a seemingly deserted village but find its occupants mauled and killed.Earlier, hunters after setting a trap to kill a very large. It was ok kind of got a lot of nods to Jurassic Park and the characters doing some of the stupidest things you wanted them to get it.

I bought this as soon as it was available on dvd, the best cgi is the best i have ever seen, worth buying for that as well as the scenery as its shot on location in Africa, good story, edge of your seat action and as always idris delivers the goods, he's the man

A stay in cuddle up movie enjoy the action & root for the beast

I really enjoyed this one even though I wasn’t expecting too much. I like Idris Elba and he didn’t disappoint in this great little effort. On the same lines as “Cujo “ although nowhere near as good but it certainly does have great moments of tension when the lion attacks. The CGI was absolutely fine so I don’t know what some other reviewers were going on about, believe me I’ve seen a hell of a lot worse. A sad indictment of how horrible poachers are decimating the beautiful animal kingdom and I was delighted when they got theirs. The two young daughters were both marvellous and heroic and gave great performances throughout. The movie looks beautiful and it does have some genuine exciting moments which did make me jump on several occasions which is the definite sign that for entertainment value a movie is working. This one definitely worked for me and I was glad that I finally got to see it. A father fighting to the death to save his family, poachers getting their just deserts and a rouge lion looking for revenge, what more can a girl ask for.!

Bellissimo thriller/horror in cui un medico con figlie a seguito e un suo caro amico se la devono vedere con un'arrabbiatissimo leone durante una visita nella savana africana. Storia efficacissima, bravissimi interpreti, grande ritmo e notevolissima regia. Il blu-ray include dei graditi extra. Consigliatissimo.

Meglio delle aspettative...

Sono andato al cinema con bassissime aspettative aspettandomi il classico film con bassa qualità ed effetti..invece mi sono ricreduto alla grande!! Film ad altissima tensione, super coinvolgente ed effetti speciali che non hanno nulla da invidiare a film più famosi.
