37 weeks and no stretch marks! No smell, leaves skin feeling hydrated.
If you're looking to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy, this is the stuff! I have been using this belly butter daily since 20 weeks pregnant and now at 37 weeks, I still don't have any stretch marks. The consistency is nice... it takes some good pressure with your finger to loosen it from the jar as it's solid at room temp, but once it hits your skin it melts and rubs in easily. A little bit oily feeling when first applied, but I put it on at bedtime and by morning it's soaked in and left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. I haven't had any issues with the oils transferring to my pajamas. If they do, they've come out in the wash. I like that there are no fragrances added, so there's no strong scent, just a very faint scent from the natural oils that make up the butter. I've also been applying this to the areas of my breasts that had stretch marks already from 1st trimester. The stretch marks have vanished! It might seem a bit pricey for the small amount that is in a jar (4oz), but a jar has lasted me about 3 months, so only needing 2 jars to cover the whole pregnancy makes it seem a little more reasonable. I highly recommend this body butter for anyone looking to prevent or eliminate stretch marks during pregnancy!

A little greasy but effective
There are some reviews on here that say "it isn't a butter" or "it's like a scrub"... it is very thick, and has a mildly grainy texture yes; I scoop a quarter size amount out with my fingernail and plop it into my palm. Between both palms I massage it in circles until it melts into an oil then I put it on my belly. A quarter size amount will coat my entire belly. I repeat that step for my hips and inner thighs and then use what is left on my chest. Take your time messaging it into your skin and it will spread well. I like that it is unscented. It is pretty greasy and my dogs hair will stick to me sometimes when I wear it so I make sure to cover it up with clothing. I have had no issues with it transferring or staining my clothes. Im only in week 18 of my pregnancy but I feel like this stuff is doing it's job. I'm ordering a second jar of it. It's amazing. I do use this mostly at night, and I use bio oil in the morning because it's thinner. Idk if that's necessary just what I have found to be good for me.

Worth it, even if it separates
Used with my first pregnancy and loved it. Bought it again for my second and it came separated in little beads like other comments have called out. It wouldnโt spread well at all. I melted it in a double boiler, poured it back into the original container, and put it in the fridge and now itโs perfect. Exactly like when I used it the first time. No more separation and it spreads beautifully. Not sure why the separation occurred but it was an easy fix and for the quality of the product the extra step was worth it, IMHO.

Inconsistent
First time I ordered this product it was amazing, texture was definitely thick body butter texture, but melts easily when applied. No stretch marks so far, so I ordered another one. This time it seems that the oils hardened up? I had to get a knife to stir up the product in order to even scoop some out. It still melts good, so I decided to keep it. Hopefully nothing is different with the formula, but itโs unfortunate that the product is inconsistent.

Oil based and lightly scented. Generally good.
I had a body butter through most of my pregnancy that I loved, but I can no longer get it. I tried burt's bees and absolutely hated it. I found it to be sticky and it didnt relieve my itchy belly at all. Although it is impossible to say if a product or genetics stops stretch marks, I'd like to offer my first impressions on this product at least. I like it so far but it boils down to preference. The things that I prefer are cons for others: It is solid. Probably due to the natural butters and oils. I like an oilier product as my maternity pants are over the bump and mostly dark colors. Also, I have short nails but i could see how longer nails could be kind of gross getting it out of the jar. It does melt super quickly into a creamy oil which is soothing and you can tell it penetrates deeply. I have gotten relief for a longer period than burts bees so far. The scent is really light. You can smell a light chocolate smell of the shade butter but that's about it. Totally non offensive aroma for sensitive noses. The only real negative I have so far is that it is a rather small jar for pregnancy use. The pic is from the first use to give perspective.

Fountain of youth!!!
This is my holy grail fountain of youth. I buy this once a month and I use it liberally all over my face and body to prevent aging. I am 33 and not 1 wrinkle and my skin is supple and glowy. I donโt need to use any other anti-aging product. I had a callous on the ball of my foot for years from wearing heels despite regular pedicures. Nothing completely got rid of it, not even the โcheese graterโ. I started using this on it and it is completely gone. Absolutely miraculous. I also apply it after burning, cutting or accidentally hurting myself by waxing and this heals my skin completely overnight with no scar. I once burned myself so badly that it should have blistered my skin, but I applied this on it immediately and it was much better the next morning. No blister. I hope they never stop making this bc I donโt know what I would do without it. I canโt rave enough about it. BUY IT.

Was great, now with production issues?
(Husbands acct) Iโve been using this on my belly, hips, and breast most of my pregnancy and have no stretch marks except for some very light ones that started before this product and have faded with it. I keep it in my shower so it gets warm, then rub it in my hands and then on my body and it works great. I then follow up with some almond oil for the rest of my body. Unfortunately now I got a bad batch that is not properly mixed and wonโt mix no matter what I do. Not sure what changed but itโs super annoying since Iโm in my last week of pregnancy and this stuff isnโt cheap! I tried to contact the company to request a replacement but canโt find any contact info, so that is a disappointment.

GREAT STUFF!!
Husbandโs account - started using this cream (at 14 weeks) and here is my review: Pros โ Smell is light and sweet, does not โstinkโ in any way. Application is easy (use your clean thumb, press down and push around the sides of the bottle until you push out a dime to quarter size blob). Consistency is as expected (thicker cream due to the oils it contains) if your house is always chilly then the cream will be harder to apply but if your house is always warm or hot it will be easy. Grease concerns are not really concerns (apply a nice thin layer gently all over and wait a few minutes before rushing to put clothes on, or wait while wearing a robe) the cream will not stain or stick. Cons โ There is no USDA Certified Organic label or Non-GMO Project label that I can find on the bottle. These certifications are expensive and tougher to get so I can understand the hesitation. I will have to have faith that the ingredients labeled โorganicโ really are just that, 100% organic. Tips โ Use the cream when you wake up or right after your morning shower and again right before bed or right after your evening shower. The more oil and โprotectionโ from stretch marks you have throughout the day, the better. The last thing you want is to have your organic, expensive cream rot or spoil so always clean your hands before using. When you scoop out the cream, place it in the opposite palm and using two fingers in a circular motion, warm up the cream then apply. Use the cream on belly (top of pubic bone all the way to under boobs or if you like, on them too) and do not forget to put some on your โhaunches/love handles/upper thighโ area. Start using cream at 14 weeks and use through 4th trimester when your baby has arrived. If you use dime size blobs each time on your various areas, the bottle should last a while. Get a small, unused/clean plastic container and scoop some cream with a new plastic spoon or q-tip in there and take it to work, when you get itchy or irritated, go to the bathroom and rub a little in the areas needed. Or buy a separate, new bottle just for work.

Soothing and glorious
Amazing melting butter for a pregnant belly. I cannot stop itching when pregnant and this helped so much. Also I didn't get a single stretch mark!

Grainy texture solved
I have never left a review before but hoping to save some money for some of you. I've bought so many of these off of Amazon that I thought were not the real product/ unusable because of a chunky grainy texture. I did some digging online and apparently that is just the organic shea butter settling weird. If you microwave the jar with the lid off until it is a complete liquid, stir really well, and then rapidly cool in the fridge the butter will go back to its normal consistency and texture. I have tried it and it went from grainy and sticky and unusable to a completely smooth buttery texture after one melt. Hope this helps !

PERFECT OIL
I adore this product. I used on my 2 pregnancy on my belly and no sign of stretch Marks3. It has all natural and pure ingredients, incredible aroma and just great product. I find a little pricey, but 1 tub lasted me 9 months, so I'm a happy camper.

Donโt love
The container I received seems to be a chunky texture and hard to melt. It makes me feel pretty greasy and sticky. Not my favourite and probably wonโt purchase again
