This product has helped me to resist sugar- I was a total sweet and carb lover and I can honestly say this has changed my life for the better. Love this product.

I used 6 capsules and a quart jar and used the instant pot to keep it at 98.6 degrees farenheight for 24 hours using whole milk. It has almost no sour taste but there is a bit of a funky taste like a cheese so I figured it was fine to eat. The first batch always is not as good as the second batch but this turned out pretty well I wonder if all the bacteria listed on the bottle made it as some probably out compete others. Before I made the yogurt I did try the capsules for a few days and felt good. I did eat half a quart and feel 100% fine. Without a doubt the microbiome is important and it is not understood well so we are the test subjects so I hope they do their research, looks harmless at most.

They are okay. Tried using this to make reuteri yogurt. Yogurt turned out good and tasted fine, but did not receive the same benefits as the recommended reuteri so I switched back. I will say I craved sugar more on this (when I had it in yogurt format) than I did wothout which is ironic.

I love this product! I find it effective for helping to reduce sugar levels. The first time I tried it, I ate something sweet before bedtime and had trouble falling asleep. I realized my sugar levels were high, but after using this product, my sugar levels decreased, and I was able to fall asleep. Overall, I would recommend this product specifically for those looking to manage their sugar levels. I personally on use this product when needed.

I received this product and took it according to the directions. I took it for 18 days. It did not help my blood pressure nor did it make me feel better in any way. It did not help with swelling in my legs nor did it help speed up my metabolism. In fact, all it really did was cause me to have very bad gas all day long for the 18 days I took it. I do not recommend this product, it is a waste of time and money. You would be better off going to your local health food store and talking to someone about probiotics. This product is terrible. I would leave 0 stars if possible

I was hesitant to buy this but did. A few weeks of use now and it works great. I have greatly reduced my carb and sugar cravings a few weeks in. It is noticeable in curbing my appetite overall as well. I have struggled with the carb cravings for my entire life. I have to say this is the first product I have tried that seems to be making a difference. I’ll update this review if things change but so far so good and I am getting my second bottle on subscription next week. It may be worth a look if you are trying to find something to help. UPDATE - Second bottle did not seem as effective as the first was. I have opted not to purchase again.

I honestly didn’t expect this to work because I’m addicted to sugar all of my life. I have a major sweet tooth, love sweet coffee, boba teas, ice creams, cake - the list goes on. I hesitated in buying this because of the mixed reviews, but glad I did. First time in my life that I’ve gone a full week without having anything containing sugar and the best part is, I did not have to use willpower. I simply didn’t want or need it. I have a lot of inflammation and cutting out sugar is a huge step in getting healthy.
