Brilliant product and exceptional customer service
I bought this for my son for Christmas, and it was very well received. It comes packaged in a lovely box, and all the pieces are wrapped up well inside plastic bags. The plastic pieces are extremely durable, brightly coloured and of good quality. The instructions were super user friendly (my autistic son was able to follow them, and he has struggled with previous manuals before) with a step-by-step illustrated format.My son realised towards the end of the build that there were a couple of pieces missing. I was worried because he started the kit a while after I bought it; I contacted the company anyway and they were exceptionally helpful and responded quickly. I emailed them with the details and they were very happy to supply me with the missing pieces, providing updates and a tracking number. I found the company to be genuinely considerate and helpful, with a desire to please the customer. The pieces arrived promptly and my son was able to finish his robot. I've attached a photo!I would absolutely recommend this kit to you. It's a good quality item from a lovely company. If they release more kits we will buy them! 5 stars!

just the job
our grandson who is seven enjoyed building and playing with it, he has special needs so it really helped him to do the job with help from his dad. will buy more of these for him well done !!

Great little robot easy to build
I was in the middle of making this guy when I thought I was missing a piece I contacted the seller who answered promptly. I had made a mistake everything was there I had put a brick in the wrong place causing the confusion. The rapidity and quality of the response was excellent. Will gladly buy from seller again

Wonderful Support
Normally, I don't write reviews for the products I purchase. However, the support team of this company went above and beyond, and they deserve more than 5 stars if I could give them that. I bought this robot in April 2023, and since then, two small gears have broken. As soon as I contacted them via [email protected], they promptly responded and provided assistance. Now, as I write this review, they have already sent me the replacement parts along with two spares. I highly recommend them.
