I don’t normally leave long winded reviews. But I almost didn’t buy this because of all the negative comments. I kept coming back to it and decided to give it a try. So I am going to tell you my experience and it might take a minute.The most unhelpful comments I read prior to purchase were people complaining about the size of the samples. These are .5 ounces each (that’s a half ounce). This is clearly stated in the details of the listing. Like CLEARLY. Taking stars off because the samples are the size stated is not fair to the seller. I was not surprised by the size when the package came because it is exactly as advertised. EXACTLY.There are lots of comments about this smelling bad but it doesn’t. Each one smells the way you would expect. They smell like deodorant in the specific scent printed on the tube. I would say take those comments with a grain of salt. I’m not sure why there are so many complaints about that. I really don’t understand.This works. It does exactly what it says it does. It eliminates odor. So, if that’s your jam, try it!This is not an antiperspirant as clearly stated in the details, and I was wondering if this would be a problem but surprisingly this didn’t bother me. I don’t notice much perspiration at all. Like I said, I’m a little surprised.I was surprised by some of the comments about value for the money. These are sample sizes. I would not expect them to last me for weeks/months. A little bit of this goes a long way. If something is not in your budget then don’t buy it. Find something that fits your budget. I don’t think this is expensive and comparing Lume’s regular sized products with comparable products, they are competitive in price. Are there cheaper products? Yes. But I think this is worth the money and will buy a regular sized container of this here shortly.Anyway, this is my review. I hope you find it helpful. I recommend this product. I am really glad I tried it. If you want to try this product, like I did, the sample size is a good way to do it. So with all the hype surrounding this product, I finally decided I would try it myself. I didn't know what fragrance to order so I decided on the sampler pack. When I looked at the small package on my front porch, I didn't think this was it but alas it was. It was on me that I didn't read the size of the tubes before I ordered. I included a picture beside a nail brush for reference. Nevertheless, I was eager to see what the hype was about so I opened the 1st tube that said "unscented". Since the tubes are so small I didn't want to waste an product so I decided I would just wipe the small amount of product from the foil cover onto the back of my hand and sniff after rubbing it in. When I tell you I was floored by the smell, I want to put it nicely but there is no other way to describe the "unscented" smell than to describe it as someone who hasn't washed their behind in days. It STUNK! I thought surely I read the label wrong. Maybe this was an off-brand using the LUME name. It was bad! I opened the others and although they didn't shrink like the unscented tube, they just weren't that appealing. I thought maybe I didn't put enough on my finger since the instructions say to use a pea-sized about. So the next morning after my shower, I decided to actually use it as intended. As soon as I put a pea sized amount on my finger, I smelled swamp again! However, since I am clearly a glutton for punishment, I rubbed it into my groin area. The smell dissipated but in my mind this product is supposed to keep odor away not put it on you. I can say that I tried it now and I am confident I won't be purchasing any more. I'll gift the others and the "unscented", I'll be throwing in the trash. Oh and I don't know if it kept odors away or not as I am pretty anal, pun intended, about how I smell down there anyway. I'll stick to what I know.

I love the Lume products and I was happy to find this in a travel size. But I was very surprised to see how tiny these are. (when they say many, they mean it) . I imagine when I use them they will only last me two days each. I think there are a little pricey for the size. Otherwise they seem to be identical to the large size. I really like the fragrance. They’re very effective at keeping odor away.

I bought this 5 mini sample pack to help me determine which scent I would prefer and to determine if the product actually works before committing to purchasing the larger product size. I was a bit surprised at how small the sample size containers were for the price. I have included a picture so the consumer can see the actual size of the product. This product cost $30.49. I was going to return it as soon as I received it because I felt the cost was not worth what I received for the amount of product. I decided in the end to give it a chance. This product arrived at the perfect time. I was able to test it during a trip to Florida during 100 degree heat, I will admit, I was very anxious to test this product in such extreme heat and I am a very active person. I exercise everyday and I went for long walks in the sun and heat. Surprisingly, I didn’t notice an sweat odor after long hours of exercise/ activity, but I did reapply couple of times, purely out of fear that it could start to fail. As far as scent is concerned, the unscented cream does have a scent, not very pleasant, more like light diaper rash cream. Lavender sage does have smell of lavender with small diaper rash cream like smell mixed in. Toasted coconut smells like coconuts without the diaper rash cream after smell. Clean tangerine smells like tangerine with slight diaper rash cream after smell. Peony Rose smells like rose. I used a pea size amount under each arm and rubbed it into my skin. If felt lightweight and didn’t stain my clothes. Over all this product did the job. My favorite scents were Toasted Coconut, Lavender, and Clean Tangerine. I have tried many aluminum free deodorants in the past and found many of them failed me, this product did not. My review is based of smell, effectiveness, the fact that it is aluminum free and cost. I wish this product was more affordable. I am trying to always save money and find products that are better for my health. Does the product work? Yes! Is it cost effective? No! Is it aluminum free? Yes! I do value my health and at the same time, I do have to watch where I spend my money. So far this sample pack has lasted for 2 applications per day for 2 weeks with a significant amount left for at least another 2 weeks left. For those of us who live on a budget, I don’t know if I would purchase again, simply because the price, but if you are someone who spends money on products that contain less chemicals, it might me worth a try.

I’ve been bombarded by TV ads for this product for months and months, and I finally caved.My pits do have their own personal smell, which, to be honest, smells a lot like everyone else’s pits smell like. Pitty.I decided to give this product a shot and boy, am I glad I did. It works beautifully. I haven’t done the 72 hour challenge, but I’ve done more than 48, and I can hardly smell anything, other than the light scent of the deodorant, and even that goes away after a day. Now, some people will say that this product smells horribly, some people won’t. I think this is just a case of whether you have that gene or not, like the cilantro/soap gene, or the pork/urine gene (look it up, seriously). But, if you DON’T have that gene, this works like crazy.I bought the sample pack, because I wanted to try it out, and because I wanted to see what scent I liked the best. (no use dropping a bundle on a scent you don’t like, right?) And so far, every one I’ve tried has been a winner.The other thing is, you might have to get used to rubbing the cream into your armpit (just the TINIEST bit works. Trust me), but if that doesn’t bother you then this is the product for you.I am serious. This is the product for you.UPDATE: 72 Hour Challenge accepted!Last week I applied my usual pea sized lump to both my armpits, and did not shower again until Monday morning, so that means all of Friday, all of Saturday, and all of Sunday, 72 hours, I was odor free. Positively.It’s the winter right now where I live, so I’m not doing a WHOLE lot of sweating, but I am doing some, so maybe a better test would be in the summer, but I’m satisfied!. This stuff works. Don’t know how it works, but it works.

So before I bought this stuff I read a lot of reviews. And a lot of them mentioned that this has a strange smell. A lot of people, at least the reviews that I read, couldn't get over this smell. Said it was so terrible and gross and why would a deodorant have a terrible smell etc etc. The smell seemed to be more or less depending on what scent people ordered so when I saw this variety pack of different scents I thought that was the way to go and I could see what scent I liked the best and see which scent had the least of the weird smell that everyone was talking about. Okay, so does it have this weird smell? Absolutely. Does it last for more than 10 seconds? Absolutely not. Do I have to scrub my hands or anything like that to get the smell off? No. I can see some people being more sensitive to this strange smell but the people that said they had to scrub their hands to get it off I'm not buying that for a second. When you put it on you for sure can smell this weird smell. I can't really describe what it is. It seems like a familiar smell but at the same time I can't tell you what it smells like. But it doesn't smell nice. But it goes away. Almost instantaneously after rubbing it in. I do think with some of them the scent is worse than others but it's pretty comparable. If I had to buy it again, which I am going to buy it again, I would get the coconut. One thing is, I thought the peony rose had the worst of this strange smell but I think it's also possible that the peony rose worked best. So maybe the strange smell is a good thing. More the better. I'm not sure. But they all work. Even if the peony rose worked better it was only marginally. And they really work. And I mean everywhere. Everywhere. And I'm going on vacation and I'm trying to fit everything in my suitcase and I realize I can just take one of these tiny tubes with me and I'm set for the whole time. Because you don't need that much so that's another cool feature of it. I might buy the sample pack all the time so I have small ones for travel. So there's my review. This stuff is the real deal. Yes it has the weird smell and I suppose if you're super super sensitive to smells it might bother you but for me it goes away and after it's rubbed in you can't smell it at all. All you can smell is the scent of whichever one you're putting on. And the smell of no BO.

I had tried the deodorant stick before, with mixed feelings. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. I finally tried the lotion and am very impressed. Seriously, no BO in armpits for almost 3 days when I can’t shower.

I think, it does the work. However. The product is stinky like a cat’s poop when the product is opened. The unpleasant smell eventually after few minutes of application.
