I began my physical fitness journey doing low impact aerobics 40 years ago after the birth of my son, and I needed to lose weight. That is when I purchased my first Champion sports bras which, believe it or not, I have continued to wear. But when the elastic began to crackle, I decided it was time to invest in new bras. My workouts of choice are strength training, weight lifting, and high intensity interval training with barre sprinkled in as well; it should be noted that I do not do high impact training or running. I first tried the big box sports stores, but neither carried Champion. Since Champion had served me well all of this time, I wanted to stay with that brand but kept an open mind and researched other brands. Enter Amazon Prime Day. I finally decided on these bras and ordered two in white and two in nude upsizing the band size by one size as most of the reviews suggested. They are heavenly! Yes, I fully realize that after 40 years bras, like everything else, have come a long way. As time has gone on, it has become more difficult for me to remove racer back bras (which I have always worn and loved) and almost impossible when I am sweaty after a workout, so a back hook-and-eye closure was mandatory even though I was skeptical. When I opened the package the first things I noticed were how light the bras felt in my hand, the quality of the construction, and the overall appealing aesthetic. The straps are wide and soft with a quilted feeling and gel padding preventing chafing and the "digging into the shoulder" effect; the straps are also easily adjusted. The closure in the back has three rows of three hooks for fine tuning the snugness of the band. While doing exercises which require lying on my back, there have been no problems from the bra which actually surprised me. Even though there is no padding the material is sufficiently substantial so that there is no see-through, and I have not been victim of the dreaded "nippling" effect. This underwire free bra has a nice quality, heavy duty elastic band that, after sizing up one, fits perfectly securely, sits firmly but is not too tight, and does not fold, pinch or buckle. The material feels soft and almost silky on the skin with no rubbing or irritation. There is no feeling of being drenched from sweat with the moisture wicking technology, and the mesh portion of the fabric facilitates air flow. During workouts these bras have offered good compression and support yet allowed me to move freely in all directions with no interference. I have worn these bras for high intensity interval training, strength conditioning, weight lifting, and walking, and I could not be more pleased with them. After ordering the first 4, I subsequently have ordered a black one with my only regret being that I did not order more! I actually called my sister and told her about the bra; she promptly ordered 4 for herself. These bras are extremely comfortable and are one of the most comfortable bras (not just sports bras) that I have ever worn; I almost feel as if I am not wearing a bra at all the feel is so lovely. For my purposes, this bra is as close to perfection as a bra could get. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

What is not to love about this sports bra? I don't know why it isn't 5 stars. It is THE BEST sports bra I've ever owned and I've had dozens in my lifetime.It's extremely supportive, no bouncing around.Straps don't budge, no matter how much I move around, they stay on my shoulders without having to tighten to the extreme.It's breathable! I live in Southern Florida and it's hot and humid and I'm not overly sweaty.It's EASY to put on. No wrestling this over your head and trying to pull it down over your breasts. It goes on as easy as a regular bra.It's comfortable! I could wear this all day.It's so perfect, I'm ordering more.

So I will preface this review by saying I wear a 38DD in regular bras. I had the chance to try this on at a store, and the band runs tight, so I had to size up to a 40 band which made the DD cup size too big. I ended up ordering a 40D based on the sizes I tried in store. Well, it came in the mail today and I was sent a 40DDD instead of the 40D I ordered. Two whole cup sizes bigger!! I figured what the heck, it’s here, let me try it. And low and behold, it fits well! I don’t know if the one I tried in store was stretched out in the cups for a DD to be too roomy, but I’m glad they messed up my size. It ended up working in my favor! That is the reason I said it runs small. I ended up in a band and cup size bigger than my regular bra size, but if you can get your size right, this thing is a good one!I do zumba, hiit workouts and circuit training, so I need things to be supportive and hold me in. Overall, this has really good coverage and feels structured and supportive. I like that the straps are padded and slightly closer set than my normal bras so they won’t slide down my shoulders. I love how high this comes up under my arms! I hate having my side boob hang out, and this comes up high enough to prevent that issue without being uncomfortable in the underarm area. I don’t usually love hook closures because it makes things uncomfortable to lay down for any exercises, but the coverage makes this great for Zumba and high intensity stuff where I’m not on the ground, so I will use it for those activities. The seams feel sturdy and I don’t feel any pokey or itchy spots. So far, I can see this being a good bra to add to my workout gear rotation.I did not receive any compensation for my review, and I will update if things are not as stated with use. I will also say that the company that fulfilled my order (NY lingerie) was not the greatest. Not only did they send the wrong size, but the packaging was also lacking.UPDATE: I wore this to Zumba today, and it performed not as well as I would’ve hoped, so I took off a star. I thought I’d be held in well, but there was still some bounce. But to be fair, I have yet to find a sports bra that completely eliminates the bounce without suffocating me. More annoying then that was the mesh in the front! As soon as I started to sweat, the mesh felt itchy and irritating on my chest! It went away slightly towards the end of my workout, but I’m hoping it softens when I wash it because I can’t return it after wearing it. I for sure thought this was the holy grail, but it has a couple flaws. If the mesh softens up, this will still be a good bra worth what I paid for it.

I was a little skeptic when I ordered this bra but wow am I ever happy I did, it fits so good, very soft fabric and comfortable right away! Thank you Champion!

Oft, sind BHs so was von unbequem. Aber, d. BH ist sehr bequem. Und es hält. Fantastisch für Sport. Für Frauen mit grosse Bruste ist es sehr wichtig. Ich werde sofort noch einmal bestellen!So often are bras so uncomfortable. But this bra is very comfortable. It holds/supports. Great for sports. For women with large breasts is this very important. I will order another one!°

This just arrived today - so comfortable! Fits perfectly. Slight monoboob effect, but as it's such a great minimiser, I don't mind.

It was nice to find a sports bra in a nude colour! I was disappointed, however, in the tightness of the band. I found that after a few times of wear (not doing anything strenuous) I had to put it on the next set of hooks as it felt too loose. The last bra I bought before this one was also Champion, but a different style, and I also found the quality to be lacking. I don't think I'll be buying this brand again.
