This device generally works as described but sadly it does not fully support Electric Vehicles.When you connect to the car using a wired cable CarPlay knows the vehicle is an EV and gives different options.Sadly when you use this wireless adapter it doesn't.See screenshots attachedCustomer support is quick to respond which is nice.

Easy to install and use !

It works well, it connects fast. It does everything as expected, the only issue is that from time to time it doesn’t connect and it has to be unplugged and wait for few minutes before trying again. Luckily, this issue doesn’t occur that oftenSince it has 2 usb ports, I was expecting to be able to use the second one to charge your phone. Unfortunately, second port has no other function than just choosing through which port you connect to the car

The item arrived the next day and was very straight forward to connect which I was pleased about.I’ve got a 22 plate MG ZR and I find that it connects to the car play 3 every time but it disconnects often. If I were to drive 10 miles I’d expect it to lose its connection at least 4 times. Sometimes it reconnects on its own but other times I need to unplug it before it’ll reconnect. I no longer make or take phone calls when I’m driving because of the unreliability.I’m not sure if it’s the car that has the problem or if it’s the receiver.I was tempted to try the 4.0 version but because of the cost I’ll probably go back to my old hard wired solution.

So here we are again, 3rd one of these devices and never again. Still painful doing telephone calls with it feels like you are phoning a country on other side of world, changing songs is slow, but worst of all it keeps on dropping out and disconnecting. I was concerned about doing any updates as that’s what left my last one unusable and forced me to get a new one but went to look for updates and it was at latest version so that’s that left with a poor performing and glitchy device I guess until the next update which may or may not brick this one.It’s in use in a 2019 Q5.

The product keeps on freezing very poor value

Product works really well once it is connected, hasn't ever dropped out once it has started up. Only issue is that sometimes it takes a few attempts for the car to read the device, then on occasion I need to go into my phone to connect to the device in the Bluetooth menu. This is just occasionally, more often than not it connects automatically when the car is started.

Really good gadget, makes life lots easier.Easy to set up and connect.Usually phone connects within seconds to car, sometimes takes up to a minute but really rarely.Been using nearly month now, have had two instances when had to disconnect device from car and leave engine off for few mins and reconnect again as it would not connect to phone/ keep dicinnecting from Bluetooth but after plugging it back in connected with no issues.Honda Civic Hatch. 2019 (EX)
