Had a rotator cuff repair and bought this! Dr gave me a sling after surgery and it hurt so I did research and bought this one! It was so comfortable, stabilized my shoulder better than what the Dr gave me. My Dr got the info on this sling and told his nurse and staff to order these for his patients!!

Much more comfortable than the one I got from my physician’s office. Lighter weight. Easy to get on and off. Doesn’t have the waist band that is uncomfortable sleeping with. Had a great tripod connection across the back which secures the sling.

I really want to like this sling, but I'm struggling with it. I broke my clavicle and came home with a garbage sling from the hospital. This sling is a step up, but barely.I ordered a large because I have a 6'1 wingspan; a large should have fit given the measurements. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and it's just too long. The fabric has continually stretched out; I've literally had to fold the fabric back 2" the longer I've owned it, which is only a week. Without rolling the fabric back, my hand is completely swallowed up. I guess that could be considered a minor inconvenience, however the padding where your wrist and hand rest is NOT breathable like the rest of the sling. I DO appreciate the mesh fabric; living in Georgia, this humidity is no joke. The velcro on this sling is also no joke. It's definitely not going to accidentally come undone, but in my situation where it's my dominant arm in the sling, it can be rather difficult for me to make adjustments if I am by myself.All in all, I am looking for a new sling. I'm not confident that a medium with this same brand would work due to the stretching of the fabric; I could be in a sling another 6 weeks and I will not survive with this one, not with my sanity at least.

I have pain in shoulder/back/arm for unknown reasons. It was suggested I wear an arm brace but the one provided by Urgent Care placed too much weight on neck and was extremely uncomfortable. Based off measurements provided, I originally purchased the XL. The length from band to elbow sleeve was too long creating tension in the muscles of my elbow. Sadly, you are unable to adjust the length nor can you finagle the strap to make it shorter. So purchased the Large instead which is pretty much correct length.This brace is extremely comfortable and puts no weight on the area causing me pain. For being the breathable version, it can still feel warm at times but also hottest part of summer. My biggest con (and why I am giving it 4 stars) is assembling the brace. The instructions can be confusing and the video provided from QR code is too fast yet there is no way to skip back/forward by 10 seconds which made it frustrating. It probably took me 30 mins to figure out how to switch to left side and put it on correctly.Even with frustration of the instructions I love this brace and have no regrets purchasing it.
