This powder contains a host of other beneficial ingredients so I thought I’d give it a go. I’ve only taken it for about a week, and I missed one day, but my skin is perhaps looking better than I’d expect given the poor sleep and insufficient water I have had. I can’t really tell what effect taking this supplement would have long term as I’ve not had it long enough. I don’t normally go for powdered supplements as I tend to “forget” or “not have time” to take things I don’t like the taste of. This one doesn’t taste bad at all, I would describe it as fruity, like mango maybe. It has the slightest savoury aftertaste, like the mildest whiff of onion at the end, but nothing awful. I have tried it stirred into water, which didn’t taste bad, but took a while to mix the powder with the water. I found I still had powdery bits in my drink. Then I tried shaking it to mix with water which was quicker. I’ve also tried it in a smoothy with strawberry, banana and milk - this was fine (though the green powder turned the drink brown), but I could still detect a powdery texture.
