Works on very oily hair without drying it out.
This is my second order. I don't know what it is it seems to be better soap berries than the ones I bought before. Maybe it's cuz it's ground up more concentrated on my hair. I'm so highly sensitive to soaps and have severely oily hair. If I shower at Night by noon my hair is looking oily. Getting rid shampoo has made a vast difference in my hair. Before using a soapberry shampoo you could see every broken hair or New Growth standing up on end I hated it. Now I can use this product without anything at all and my hair is Fluffy actually looks like it has body. Prior to that with my fine hair it would just lay flat to my head there was no changing that. I used to mix up a batch in advance for like a week. With this it seems it loses its ability to remove a lot of oil after a day or two. So if you have greasy nasty hair like mine mix it up in in the morning or at night and use it the next day. I also strain it again using a fine sieve if you have a nut milk bag it works good too. I don't like the grit getting in my eyes or ears. I wish they made it into a really fine powder. I'm going to keep looking until I find it or make it myself. I'm guessing the reason it works so well is they use some high quality soap berries and more fresh. Little pricey though.

So far so good
I used this, shikaki, and hibiscus with goats milk soap to wash my 4C micro locks. It cleaned my locks really well my first use. My locs and scalp felt great and I did not have as much residue left when I use clarifying and regular shampoo. I can’t use regular shampoos anymore because most have Shea in it and I’m allergic and the ones that don’t are pretty much detanglers. Most loc shampoos are just too expensive to probably do nothing for my hair type
