Anyone have a review that did not get a free pillow?

I like the dark pillow,it is more firm then the one that i had.

Is this a king size pillow or queen? because one part on here says queen and the description says king.

I can’t tell the difference between the top part that has the gel and the bottom side of the pillow, how do I tell?

Unfortunately this is the same thing I have been wondering. But it does seem that the side that has the gel layer also is thicker you can see and feel the difference. But this is pretty ridiculous that they don’t have something identifying one side from the other. I am going to contact the company and I think that’s the best way to go.
