I really like the tabs. It was easy to put on and it was easy to find things now that it’s on my Bible. I think it works very wonderful.

Good product to add index tabs to a Bible. They are attractive and easy to use. But you must concentrate when putting them on the pages (this would be true no matter which tabs you buy) - you can't be watching TV or chatting with someone as you must concentrate so as to avoid errors. Once you do a couple of tabs, you quickly get the hang of it. The biggest issue is adding the tab before ensuring you have just ONE page in your fingers. Because Bible pages are very thin, it is easy to have more than one page in hand when pressing the tab on. In which case you end up sticking 2 or 3 pages together - which then takes great care to unstick the tab and redo it. But the end result is worth it.

Easy to put on, comes with a measuring strip that you can cut to size depending on the bible you have. Came with some test tabs to make sure you got it, which was helpful. They’re secure, but I was able to adjust a tab I misplaced without any struggle or damage to the tab or bible page. So pretty

Great Tabs! Watch video for my critiques and pointers! Always put the tabs on the right side, even if the book starts on the left side. This is because you’re not supposed to open the book by pulling the tab, because it could tear the delicate Bible pages. You’re supposed to put your thumb or finger in front of the tab to open it. This way, it opens to the first page of the Bible book regardless of whether the book begins on the left side or the right side. Be sure the tabs aren’t placed too far down. They should be flush with the edge of the page. You want to be able to cut them off (if ever needed) without damaging the pages. Use a colored sheet of paper to put behind the page you’re about to do so that you can better see where the page ends in order to put it flush with the edge of the page. (I actually like to leave a micro space under the tab just so that it can be cleanly cut off if ever needed… and I do mean MICRO space.) It’s better to have a little gap than to have it too far down on the page where it would have to be cut out, thereby damaging the page. Be sure you don’t have 2 pages stuck together before you put the tab on. Putting a colored sheet of paper behind the tab you’re about to do also helps with this. So the colored sheet of paper actually serves 2 purposes… helping you see where the page ends AND you can double-check before putting the tab on that you only have 1 Bible page in front of your colored sheet of paper, preventing you from putting 2 pages in your tab. Please don’t do this yourself if you have trouble seeing or if you’re inebriated. Let someone else do it for you instead, because you don’t want to ruin a perfectly good Bible. You don’t want to randomly place the tabs in arbitrary places. This isn’t Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Create a neat pattern or use the tab positioning guide. I cover more in the video. In the video, I talk about small spaces 3 times, but I’m referring to 3 different things: (1) For the Mini tabs, I talk about how I recommend putting a small space in between the Mini tabs (to the left and right of the tabs) when placing them so the tabs don’t get hung up on one another, especially in the New Testament where the books are shorter so the tab rows are lot closer to one another. (This doesn’t seem to be a problem with the large tabs.) (2) For BOTH tabs (the Mini and the Large tabs), I talk about how you want to make the tabs flush to the page and not put them below the page line. And in the video, I meant to mention that I even recommend leaving a teny tiny space under the tab (in between the bottom of the white part of the tab and the edge of the page) so that you can cleanly cut off the tab if ever needed — without damaging the pages. And I mean a space so SMALL that it’s not even noticeable. (Do not try the tricks you read online to remove them… like ironing them off, etc. That only works on the new-style tabs that are becoming popular today… which I don’t like. You’ll ruin your Bible if you try that with these. In my opinion, these are better.) (3) For the Large tabs, I talk about how there’s a little space on the tab where the words are printed. They’re not perfectly centered, but there’s a reason for this. I explain which side the extra space should go on and why it’s there. It has to do with the overlap when placing the tabs. (This doesn’t apply to the Mini tabs.) Everything above will make sense if you watch the whole video. These are my favorite tabs! I highly recommend them! They’re MUCH better than the new stuff that other brands are coming out with today. The traditional, classic gold-edged tabs (the non-Catholic ones) are the way to go! (FYI - the Catholic ones have a “shrink-to-fit” font that I’m not crazy about, but I don’t need the Catholic ones anyway, so I ordered the non-Catholic ones.) To the Tabbies Company: Please make both sides of the 1” tabs with the words flush right so that the overlap covers the space on both sides (from the front of the Bible and the back of the Bible). Currently, they’re mirror image so one side is wrong. If both sides were flush right, I’d give 5 stars! Thank you! =)

Perfect for my bible.

I bought these after much consideration and am very happy. The guide for application, while probably helpful for some people, wasn’t something I used, but still exceedingly pleased with how they turned out. Like others have said, DO NOT PRESS DOWN UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PLACEMENT!!! I set each one very gently into place and if something went askew, they are liftable with patience. Almost no added thickness to the edges of the Bible and while they are a bit problematic with a tabbed edge Bible (my fault there; print was too small on tabs & decided on this method after), it is still very doable. Time-wise, if you want a stellar outcome, then be prepared to spend a fair amount of time with your application. You will definitely find a method and rhythm once you get started, but I highly recommend you look through all the available tabs first and then see exactly where everything is located in your particular Bible. You can avoid any oddly placed tabs by doing some prep work in the beginning. Love that this is a Made in the USA product and happier still that it seems to be both quality & affordable!

My father had a set of these when I was quite young and always fancied them, style and quality hasn't changed. Really easy installation and guide to help line them up neatly.

I love collecting bible tabs to help me navigate all the 66 book sof the bible to save time, during my bible study, because I am a new believer. I only buy them when they are on huge discount in Amazon.
