5 PCS Large Fruit storage Containers for Fridge ,Food Storage Containers

I admit I was skeptical about these storage containers. But I was also tired of throwing away spoiled produce after a day or two. So when I saw these on sale for Prime Days decided to give them a whirl. Not skeptical any longer! I bought a large container of organic blueberries a week ago. I washed them and put them in the largest container. A week later and my blueberries are still just s fresh and delicious as the day I bought them. Each container has a strainer that fits inside perfectly. The strainer keeps the produce from sitting in water. I am delighted and will more than likely get another set as summer produce becomes cheaper. Highly, highly recommend!! Update! It jas been a week since I wrote the above review. I just finished off the blueberries and they were still just as fresh and delicious as when I purchased them. I did buy another set and I know these containers will save me so much money over time. Since it is just me and I don’t have a huge appetite I always had to buy the smallest quantity possible of fruits and vegetables. Now with these containers I can buy the larger containers and not have to throw anything away. I can go to the farmers market and buy super fresh fruit and veggies. I haven’t been able to do that because I can’t use all of what I buy before it goes bad. Now I can! I am so happy with the containers and highly recommend them to anyone who stores fruits and vegetables longer than a day or two.

I’ve definitely noticed that our produce stays fresher longer in these than it did just sitting in the original containers or bags. The removable inner baskets keep everything from sitting in moisture at the bottom which makes a big difference. The different sizes are actually practical for things like berries, grapes, cut fruit, and vegetables. except for the smallest container. I can't find anything to truly fit that container but they stack nicely without feeling flimsy. They also make it much easier to see what we have before something gets forgotten in the back of the fridge. Easy to pull out, rinse, and put right back in. I’d definitely buy another set if I needed more.

Love these containers!! Can get more in fridge with the squared off corners. Keeps produce fresh longer. Very handy and easy to use and clean when empty. Sizes are good too. Great product!!

Since purchasing these containers, I don't have any more molded fruit. In these days and time with costs being so high, this is a win. I place the unwashed fruit or veggie in the container and simply wash amount when needed. I find that cherries, berries and cucumbers keep for over 2 weeks without spoilage. They do take up more space but far outweighs spoilage and waste. Herbs do well, also.

Why It’s 4 Stars instead of 5: Will Change Shape in the Dishwasher! The only reason I am knocking off a full star is that these containers are not dishwasher safe, despite how tempting it might be to throw them in there. The heat from a dishwasher cycle—even on the top rack—is too intense for this specific type of plastic, and they will warp and change shape. If they warp even a little bit, the lids will no longer fit or snap closed correctly, ruining the airtight, leakproof seal. You absolutely have to commit to hand-washing these with warm, soapy water. Final Verdict If you don't mind spending an extra two minutes hand-washing them to protect their shape, this 5-piece set is absolutely worth it. They pay for themselves almost immediately by cutting down on wasted, spoiled produce. Just keep them far away from the dishwasher, and they will keep your fridge organized and your fruit fresh for a long time!

This set is a great value for the money. It offers 5 different sizes of containers to store many different things. I'm using them mainly for fruit as I feel like our fruit would last longer in these. They say they are microwave safe but I haven't used them in the microwave and didn't really plan to. They are also dishwasher safe but I hand-washed them out of the box. The variety of 5 different sizes is perfect for all sorts of fruits and veggies. They each have a removable plastic basket with holes so the food isn't sitting right on the bottom of the container. The lids click shut on each side and they feel strong, which is great! So far these are a great buy!

These containers are fantastic! They keep fruits, vegetables and berries fresh and easily accessible. And as one large container has less in it, the contents can be moved into one of the smaller ones. And, no more trying to close and seal plastic bags and watching the contents turn brown and rot. The colander linings make it so easy to rinse and then store the produce and keep them ready to serve and eat as a moments notice. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. And my son is happy to see me eating healthy snacks, rather than just grabbing a cookie. I may just have to purchase a second set!

The lids are not secure enough. Otherwise great product. Great sizes.
