Will this really protect my permanent makeup (tattoo'd eyebrows), their cust. svc. never replies.

Not sure how good will it work on face but for body tattoos it worked at least not worse than any other 50 SPF sunscreen.

How often must this be applied?

The label says every two hours or immediately after swimming or toweling.

It should never use a tanning bed but it's still uvrays
