MedPeel Advanced Repair Daily Moisturizer with Vitamins E, B3 and B5, Soothing Aloe, Hyaluronic Acid, 1.7 fl oz

This moisturizer works very well on my excessively dry and sensitive skin. Now that I'm getting older, my skin also becomes dehydrated and rough very easily. I have a hard time finding skin care products that help replenish the oils in my skin to lessen dryness that are also moisturizing. It seems as if most of the lotions and creams I try do one or the other, but not both. I also have to be careful to avoid creams that are too rich and lead to irritation or break-outs. So, I am always looking for something new, and when I'm lucky enough to find something as effective as this advanced repair cream, it becomes incorporated into my skin care routine. This cream is hydrating and helps to plump up my skin so that the appearance of lines and wrinkles are lessened. It also seems to be helping my skin to heal as the dryness is lessened and my skin feels less rough. It work well when used solo, but it is even better when I use it with the hydra-plump serum from the same brand. I use this cream in the mornings and I have experienced no irritation at all. Plus, I don't need to re-moisturize later in the afternoon as I so often do. My skin feels soft and smooth all day. The current price of $40.00 is a little pricey for only 1.7 ounces, but I don't need to use a lot. It seems as if the pump bottle will last quite a while. And, since it works very effectively for me, I definitely think it is worth the cost. The product arrived boxed and sealed.

Mmmmmm I love the way this moisturizer smells!!! I really love the MedPeel line. Everything smells so good. But this one is my favorite. It's a lightweight moisturizer that comes in a pump bottle to prevent air and contamination. I don't like that I can't see how much I have left, but aside from that I actually prefer containers like this one as they extend the life of my product. This moisturizer has several soothing ingredients that make it a nice one to use after a day in the sun. Leaves my skin soft and not at all greasy like some of my other moisturizers. Absorbs quickly and doesn't leave residue. I would highly recommend this and any MedPeel products to anyone. I use this product as part of my own personal full skincare routine. Individual results could vary from person to person. Always remember to test new products in small areas until you're sure of any reaction your skin may have to something new. This deep moisturizer is made without added fragrance, GMOs, mineral oil, and parabens and is not animal tested. It does have a very light scent, almost fruity, but is so subtle I hardly notice it. It comes in annoying pump bottle. I had to pump it about 50 times before I opened the top and saw that it was one of those pump tops with a tiny stem that doesn't actually go into the product. It relies, I guess, on the action of the stem to eventually suck up the lotion. I just open it and use it without the pump. It is white and not super rich but applies nicely and isn't greasy. It absorbs on my face quickly and leaves it soothed and hydrated. I have very dry and newly sensitive skin due to Retin A use and a peel I tried and this does not sting or made my skin red. It adds much needed hydration with no crazy ingredients. However, there aren't any anti aging ingredients either so it is a straight up hydrator. Great for after sun exposure or just when your skin needs more than a typical moisturizer. I really don't like the delivery system though.

This moisturizer comes in a 1.7 ounce pump bottle. I prefer the pump bottle over squeeze tubes, etc. The manufacturer’s instructions say this is for daytime use; although I’m not sure why since it does not contain any sunscreen. This pumps out as a creamy white and has a light scent that I can’t quite identify. The cream feels light, glides onto your skin easily and absorbs fairly quickly. One pump is sufficient for my face and if I want to cover my neck and décolleté then I use a second pump. I applied it and then waited a few minutes for it to absorb before applying my foundation. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soft to the touch, but not oily or feeling “coated”. The hydration does seem to minimize the fine lines on my face. My foundation worked well on top of the moisturizer; no pilling or issues with getting even coverage. The box says “No GMO, fragrances, mineral oil, Parabens or animal testing”, which is good. The fragrance part must mean added fragrance, because this definitely has a smell that lingers after application. It’s not offensive, but it’s not fragrance-free. I really like the clean, active ingredients - Vitamin E, B3, B5, Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe - providing hydration, helping calm redness and reducing inflammation. I’m also using the Age Reverse Eye Cream and these two products work together. I've decided to replace the Paula's Choice product I had been using with this moisturizer as part of my daily skincare regime.

This is a review of the MedPeel Advanced Repair Daily Moisturizer. I am always on the lookout for quality facial creams, lotions and toners that won’t bother my dry and sensitive skin. Saying that, I am happy to say that I like this one a lot. This daily moisturizing lotion has a great texture; it feels feels luxe and creamy. It’s not too thick though so it spreads easily so a little goes a long way. There is no discernible scent and this does not bother my sensitive skin at all. In fact, this lotion makes my face feels so soft and moisturized and I use it every morning after cleansing. I put my (tinted) sunscreen on afterwards. I highly recommended this. It has become part of my daily facial care regimen.

Ingredients are printed on side of box, product is good for 6 months after opening. It has no GMO, fragrance, mineral oil, parabens, and they don’t animal test. It’s made in the USA. Directions and ingredients are on the product as well. Color is white, consistency is creamy, when I massaged it on my face it felt a tad greasy, but now that it’s dry, my face just feels soft. My skin seemed to soak it up really well, sometimes I have a problem with products I’ve tried previously, they just sit on the surface of my skin. I’m going to add this in my daily skincare routine, and plan on using it every evening after cleaning my face. I will be back to update, but it’s been about 2 hours since applying, no adverse reactions or redness, itchiness, etc as of yet.

It’s amazing how much you can tell the difference when they use pure ingredients. It’s pretty typical in terms of texture, but it spreads easily and soaks in quickly. Your skin feels very moisturized, without feeling greasy. Despite what the description says, it does have a very light scent. Fruity and very pleasant; i’m assuming it’s some sort of natural fruit extract. My guess is that they meant there was no added perfumes… But they pulled it off. It’s a really nice moisturizer and I really like it. Recommended!

I love this moisturizer! It is extremely hydrating, and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and brightened. The packaging is also nicely done, and I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a cap for the convenience when traveling, etc. I also love that it is a pump top. I would love to incorporate this into my daily skin care routine, but unfortunately it is a bit expensive, as you are paying $40 for only 1.7 ounces. Because of this, I don’t see it being considered “reasonably priced” for most consumers.
