Good product for what I need

My wife and I are beginners and find pyrography very enjoyable, the hand set is very comfortable and easy to use. Only problem is one of the nibs doesn't work, but we are very pleased with the whole unit.

I used this for the first time today and it is much better than the old solder iron types. Heats up quickly and doesn't like burning over pencil marks so that takes a bit more work. I've only done the first burn on the piece I'm working on so I don't know what the finish will be like but I'm hopeful. Overall, I'm really happy and I'm sure that after a few practice pieces I'll be back up and running. The temperature control is simple but it's easy to underestimate the heat it's putting out if you're used to a solder iron type. Again this is just a case of getting used to it.

The machine looks good and works really well with a good range of temperature adjustment. The 'pen' is comfortable and doesn't get hot. My only issue is that some of the nibs didn't work out of the box, and I can't find replacements anywhere. I don't want to send it back as I've used it so would be great to be able to contact the manufacturer for replacements.

The Pyrography pen burns well with great detail .

I’m having fun with this tool it was worth the money & im happy with the variety of heads too & the tool for change the heads is very handy & fast

Product itself is good but one of the nibs has already stopped working and it is impossible to find anywhere that sells replacements

Bought this as gift for my mum She’s so far loving it and says it’s easy to use and works well so overall happy with my purchase

Tidy unit, fast heating with several nibs. However the pen is covered with insulating foam grip, which makes the pen chunky to hold, plus, I made the assumption the power plug would be appropriate for my AUS region, alsa it came with European plug so I had to buy an adapter.

The woodburner arrived broken. There was burn marks in the outer casing, the pen itself had clearly been used as it had heat marks and the end tip had been flattened so the head adjustments could not screw in. In addition, the transformer was NOT sent as part of the product (even though clearly in the description and images). Really disappointing - had to return as it was not usable.
