I am not someone who writes a review right after opening a box. I wanted to actually live with these before saying anything, and after 10 months of daily use I can tell you they are still just as good as the day I got them. There is barely a noticeable indent where my elbow sits, the material is still soft, and the gel is still doing its job. Here is the backstory. I have a standing desk because sitting for 10 hours a day was wrecking me. The standing desk helped, but I found myself constantly leaning on it with my elbows while reading or working and they started getting seriously sore. For a while I just accepted it as the cost of the setup. Then I went looking for a solution and found these. What sold me on this specific pair is that they are not permanently attached to the desk edge. They are small enough - roughly 7x4” - to move around depending on my setup. Sitting, standing, on the walking pad, out of the way entirely - I can reposition them in seconds. The anti-slip backing keeps them planted when I am using them but they still pick up cleanly without leaving any residue. That combination is harder to find than you would think. The material feels more like a gel than traditional memory foam, with a soft fabric cover that has stayed clean and wipes off easily if anything gets on it. If you work at a desk and your elbows are starting to pay the price, stop accepting that as normal. These fix it.

Ended up having some issues with my bursa sac in my elbow due to the way I sit in my office so I ended up purchasing this elbow rest pad. So far, I couldn't be happier! Provides cushion and the swelling from leaning on my desk along with the red marks has already start reducing. I had concerns about these types of pads moving around under me, but I haven't had that issue to date. Bought one for my office at work and at home. Definitely worth the investment!

I like that you can move them to where you need on a desktop. Perfect feeling and weight to them. Just had cubtial tunnel decompression and transposition surgeries and these were PERFECT for recovery! Highly recommend. They’re durable and easy to carry.

At times it would work out using them. Like other reviews they do fall or something like that. It wouldn’t stay where I would put them. But they still worked far better than not having them.

These have been a really nice addition to my desk setup. We sit at L-shaped desks, and my left elbow usually takes a beating, so I was hoping these would help—and they really do. They make long days at the computer much more tolerable. They’re well padded without being too soft, so they give good support throughout the day. They also stay in place well and were easy to set up. I’ve been using them daily for work and have definitely noticed less discomfort. Overall, a simple product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I've purchased multiple packs so everyone in the office has one. Everyone appreciates the relief...

I have had these for a little under a year now and I still love them. They look essentially brand new even after daily use of sitting at my desk for hours and have saved my elbows the pain of pressing down into my desk. It has yet to deform from pressure and if the rubber pad gets dirty just wipe it clean with a damp cloth and it'll be just as grippy as before. Money well spent, 18 bucks to save me from elbow pain and pressure for years.

Bastante comodas estas almohadillas. En mi caso eran para reposar la muñeca y el codo y realmente he notado la mejoría. Ahora puedo estar todo el dia en el ordenador. La tela se ve duradera y entre la tela y la forma de rombo circula el aire y no son calurosas, ni creo que sudes luego en verano. La esponja de dentro es Memory Foam, y se adapta al brazo y la muñeca. La base de silicona impide que se muevan, y tiene algo de mullido incluso cuando aprietas más de la cuenta con el codo. Fantasticas.

Myślę, że dałoby się zrobić je trochę niższe. W moim przypadku to ważne, bo lubię odchylić fotel i wsunąć się głęboko pod biurko - więc nie wpłynie to na moją ocenę. Wtedy mam wrażenie, że za mocno podnoszą mi ręce. Przy prawidłowej pozycji siedzącej nie widzę minusów. Wykonanie bardzo fajne — nie czuć tandety.

Ich bin von diesen L-förmigen Armauflagen wirklich begeistert. Da ich täglich viele Stunden am Computer arbeite, war es mir besonders wichtig, meine Unterarme und Handgelenke nicht ständig auf der harten Tischkante abzulegen. Genau hier machen die Armauflagen einen riesigen Unterschied: Sie sind angenehm weich gepolstert und machen das Arbeiten am Schreibtisch deutlich bequemer. Besonders gut gefällt mir die L-Form, da dadurch nicht nur die Tischplatte, sondern auch die vordere Tischkante schön abgepolstert wird. Ich habe zwei Auflagen nebeneinander angebracht und kann dadurch sowohl beim Tippen als auch bei der Arbeit mit der Maus meine Arme bequem ablegen. **Kleiner Tipp für andere Käufer:** Wenn man sich stärker auf die vordere Kante der Armauflage lehnt, kann sich die hintere Seite etwas anheben bzw. „hochklappen“. Ich habe deshalb auf der Unterseite der Armauflagen, auf der zur Tastatur gerichteten Seite, etwas **Nano Tape** verwendet und sie damit auf der Tischplatte fixiert. Das funktioniert großartig! Die Auflagen bleiben zuverlässig an ihrem Platz, ohne dass ich sie dauerhaft am Schreibtisch befestigen musste. Für mich sind die Armauflagen inzwischen eine echte Erleichterung im Arbeitsalltag. Gerade für Menschen, die viele Stunden am Schreibtisch und Computer verbringen, kann ich sie absolut empfehlen. Bequem, praktisch und mit dem kleinen Nano-Tape-Trick für mich nahezu perfekt. 😊
