Great shape '- really over priced. No choice as is a text book but paying 200 bucks for a 30 dollar soft cover is total robbery.

Received book damaged from the back. Back cover and several pages are ripped.

Perfect condition

I ordered the book with the etext access code, however, the access code is incorrect. Was informed by Pearson company that the code given does not include the correct book. do not order with etext! wasted $$!

Book was new, it came with the online Pearson e text code; however, the online e text version DID NOT WORK!! I have bought other books with Pearson e text that worked fine. It was a huge problem for me since my course required watching the online videos from the text. I am a graduate student don't have the time or money to waste!!

The book itself was in fine condition. It is sooo boring. Rent this one.
