It tastes like ice cream with protein powder mixed in. I like these because they are much easier to use then the pills you have to swallow. Because they are chewable I don't have to worry about having water handy, which makes they very portable. I usually just take one right before my first bite if the cheese in minimal. I am not crazy about the taste but they work. I recently developed a lactose intolerance problem and using these tablets help with the symptoms. They don't always take away 100% of the symptoms but they sure help. I would say they are effective with the worst of the symptoms more times than not. I bought the individual packaged ones so I can easily put them in my purse for travel. If you are developing a lactose problem get these they will help.
